I have studied about Business for 4 years in International University and have several months of experience in customer services, thus I am confident in my decision to register in Customer Development Fresh Program. I believe during this program I can have a chance to prove my ability in communicating, problem-solving, managing, leading and work with brilliant fellows in a dynamic and professional environment in order to contribute success in Unilever. Moreover, I would love to work long-term for a company that offers the opportunity for employee to develop his career, attractive compensation and benefit package and community activities like Unilever. 2. In your opinion, what are the advantages of hiring you as a fresh graduate for supervisor position? Please be specific in providing the reasons As a fresh graduate, I have been well-educated thus I carry good ethics, especially honesty and responsibility which should be highly appreciated for this position. Also, I have determination to commitment which I believe this will help me to face challenges; overcome obstacles in order to meet the target. I am fresh and eager to learn, I am a fast- leaner which can adapt to various environments required in this position. 3. What is your long term career plan in the next 5 years ? Please be specific in providing the reasons I want to become a successful person in business in my life so for my next 5 years I will become a manager in sales or customer services. The first two years I may work as an employee for a multinational company in the field of sales or customer services. Then for the next 2 years, I will find a scholarship to study higher for MBA in a foreign developed country. In case I may not win a scholarship, I will study MBA in a RMIT university or International University and pay for myself. After getting my MBA, at my fifth year of this plan I would love to come back to work at my prior company if I have a chance; if not, I will find a job relating to sales or customer services in another multinational company at the level of a manager or senior executive. At the end, this is how I will complete my five years plan and achieve my goal.
