Greetings! The holidays are upon us.

The Rotary Club of Metro Malasiquiwishes to bring good tidings to you and your loved ones.

Greetings! Or rather, Seasons Greetings! Temperatures are dropping and days are growing shorter. Yes, the holidays are upon us. And Marriage Encounter Movement of California (MEMC), a registered non-profit organization and a recognized ministry of the Office of Family Life with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, wishes to bring good tidings to you and your loved ones this Christmas Season. We, at MEMC, conduct a marital enhancing seminar called the Marriage Encounter Weekend, a program designed to improve and enrich husband and wife relationships, and carry it out with a totally dedicated volunteer force. MEMCs mission to bring thislife-changing experience to as many married couples as possible not only benefits the participants, but ultimately emanates itsblessings to their families and, subsequently, their communities. MEMC charges participants a minimal fee for attending these Encounter Weekends, which barely offsets the cost of food and lodging. Unfortunately, such fees do not quite cover the other necessary administrative and logistical expenses. We further believe in a policy that no couple should everbe denied the chance to attend a Marriage Encounter Weekend because of financial constraints. As a result,the movement shoulders all the costs for these couples who desire or are in need of sucha weekend, but are unable to afford it. It is for both these reasons MEMC organizes fundraising efforts to sustain its mission and support its objective.

Therefore, this letter is to appeal to your generosity and solicit your donation allowing us to come to your home or place of business and convey good yuletide cheer in the form of songs and carols this Holiday time of year. We strongly rely on the compassion of benefactors such as yourself to help us continue the work of God in the October 20, 2008 Greetings! Or rather, Seasons Greetings!
