First let start with What is Quality assurance ??

Quality assurance Quality assurance is all those planned and systematic actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that a product or service will satisfy given requirements for quality. Unless given requirements fully reflect the needs of the user, quality assurance will not be complete. For effectiveness, quality assurance usually requires a continuing evaluation of factors that affect the adequacy of the design or specification for intended applications as well as verifications and audits of production, installation and inspection operations. Providing confidence may involve producing evidence. Within an organisation, quality assurance serves as a management tool. In contractual situations, quality assurance also serves to provide confidence in the supplier.

Training
Training is the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance.

Quality assurance cycle 1. Plan for Quality Assurance Preparing for QA in the institution Forming a quality of care team Deciding the focus of your QA plan 2. Set and review standards and guidelines Statement of the quality that is expected 3. Monitor quality of services Selecting indicators Selecting information source Design of data collection system Implementing monitoring 4. Identify and prioritise what can be improved Identifying areas for quality improvement using the monitoring information or identifying areas of local collective concern

5. Define the problem Agree on and state the problem as a team

6. Identify who will work on the problem Assign appropriate people to work on the problem 7. Analyse and study the problem Understand what is causing the problem 8. Suggest solutions Suggest ways of correcting the problem 9. Decide on and implement solution Make an action plan, implement the chosen solution and monitor it 10. See how things have changed Evaluate to see if it worked

CONCLUSION

Training and capacity building in quality assurance is one of the main key for obtaining a product of high quality. Organization must increase the awareness of its workers on their activities and how the latter have a major contribution to the quality of product produced. Training will help the employees to perform better in their job and thus the company will be highly skilled with a greater employee satisfaction, and fostering employee loyalty. Proper training helps to tackle any weaknesses in the system and thus improving quality, productivity and process time of an organization.
