Dry and Wet Bulb Temperature

This experiment aims to determine various properties of atmospheric air using wet bulb and dry bulb temperatures. The wet bulb temperature is measured using a thermometer covered in a wet wick, and indicates the temperature air must be cooled to for saturation when water evaporates. The dry bulb temperature directly measures the air temperature. Absolute humidity, relative humidity, and dew point can be calculated from psychrometric charts using the wet and dry bulb readings. The experiment involves taking wet and dry bulb temperature readings inside a laboratory to determine these properties.
