Commendation (CRS Month) Balungao

The Regional Director of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Region I issued four commendations to staff of the Balungao District Jail in Pangasinan for their efforts in community outreach programs conducted during the CRS Month celebrations in June 2013. These included a clean and green drive, a read-a-book activity for children, providing legal consultation services, and an information drive about careers in penology for students. One of our goals is to provide awareness to the community that our bureau is a dynamic institution in imparting knowledge to the youth is through the Read-A-Book activity. 2. Your motivation is geared to gain enthusiasm among the children and we, in the BJMP, are capable of molding their young minds to develop their ability to become productive and participative individuals. 3.
