A MULTIVALENT , RELIABLE and ACCURATE MICROPLATE READER


Thanks to its 9-detector technology, not only the MP96 is able to read a 96-well microplate in less than 5 seconds (3 sec. in continuous mode), but also it has an exceptional stability, thanks to its reference beam which provides a measurement quality similar to a double beam. The reference beam also enables to switch on the source only during the measurements, involving several years of life for the lamp for a classical use, and very low ownership costs. Thats why we grant an exceptional 3 years guarantee on the MP96 o r i g i n a l source.* Thanks to the easy-to-use and powerful PC software (in several languages) supplied in standard with the MP96, any kind of method can be created and saved, as well as results. You can define replicates, enter calculation formulas, and profit by unlimited data-processing, export and storage. The kinetics can be d i s p l a y e d graphically, and in boards. The results appear on the big display of the PC c o m p u t e r (optional), which can be supplied or purchased locally, as well as the printer. A version of software for FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliance is optionally available, as well as IQ/OQ. Wavelengths are selected thanks to a 8 filters wheel; more than 20 standard wavelengths/filters are available, and any other specific wavelength can be supplied on request. The filters are very easy to insert in the automatic wheel; 2 filters are supplied standard with the MP96, and additional ones are optional. The extremely long life lamp is switched on only during measurements. It can be easily replaced by the user, without requiring centering.

INCUBATION & SHAKING


For the best multivalence, temperature control, incubation and shaking are supplied as a standard. The time and temperature of incubation, as well as the shaking intensity, are user selectable and can be stored in the method.

CALIBRATION
Linear and non-linear regressions can be achieved for your calibration curves, and several replicates can be entered for the standards, as well as for the samples.
