Nowadays, many business stores, malls, schools, institutions and other industries work with the help of perfect knowledge about a system that perform simple, mundane tasks. According to Dr. Gunter Deyer (1997), the urge to make the flow of goods and services more efficient is perhaps identical with the urge of civilization itself. The desire for reliable, accurate, and fast inventory accounting has led to the development of inventory software, a mechanized version of the ancient record-keeping scribe who once scratched IDs into bits of bone to assist with a task human memory was unable to handle. As products become increasingly complex, product documentation has become a critical, constantly changing corporate asset. Content delivery processes must yield accurate, up-to-date information in more formats and languages. As such, organizations are adopting automated technologies that enable the dynamic creation and publishing of product content, this information mentioned-above led to some studies of inventory system done by Simon (1952), Vassian (1955), and D. P. Diezel and E.S. Eilon (1967) that examine the stability conditions of the systems. In this work an attempt is made to analyse an inventory control where the perfect knowledge about the system is not available and sampling information is incorporated here for the knowledge about the system parameters.
Inventory system also oversees the constant flow of the units into and out of an existing stock of inventories (e.g. at AMA Computer College Cagayan de Oro City). It is primarily about specifying the number and placement of inventories. It is required at different locations within a facility (e.g. human resource department specifically the property custodian section) or within multiple locations (e.g. different departments of AMA Computer College) to protect the regular and planned course of inventory against the random disturbance of running out of materials or inventories. To be able to tell which properties were being ordered and also record some inventory and sales data, these all led the researchers to find out how to optimize the process for ordering, storing, tracking, and recording inventories by using inventory system for property custodian that are likely to be used by AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro City. Also, through this study, this will help to solve AMA Computer College CDOCs problem in monitoring inventory in which it needs attention for the schools convenience in which it is one of the priorities of the researchers in their study. The scope of the study also concerns the fine lines between replenishment lead time, carrying costs of inventory, inventory & asset management, inventory forecasting, inventory valuation, inventory visibility, available physical space for inventory, and returns of inventories.
Conceptual Framework From the mentioned above in connection with employee and students from AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro City, in this study, respondents profile and inventory system serves as the independent variables, while client satisfaction, employee performance improvement, and organized department are the dependent variables. The interrelationship of the variables in the study is represented in Figure 1.

Statement of the Problem The inventory system has a goal to optimize the processes for borrowing, ordering, storing, counting, tracking and recording inventories in reliable and accurate manner in AMA Computer College - CDOC. This system is made available in order to ensure quality control in different departments of AMA Computer College CDOC (e.g. Property Custodian in Human Resource Department) that handles transactions revolving around the mentioned-above tasks. It will help to alert the department of the school to minimize the risks of errors and helps track theft of inventories/retail merchandise, providing valuable information about inventories and the need for theftprevention. There are many tasks that the inventory system process for the convenience of the users to process their work-in-process on time and could help better implementation of consistent information to others. Continuing with this current used of developed systems cause consistency and well-done goals. Developing a more informed inventory system could help best results and at the same time help the human resource department of AMA Computer College CDOC and its other departments for better monitor and evaluate its properties. This proposed thesis/research aspires to explore options for a reliable, upgraded and improvised inventory system for property custodian that would focus on its different tasks (mentioned-above) for good result operations. To do this, the researchers will carry out a full analysis in making a program of an inventory system and study and use it to propose appropriate inventory system to property custodian at AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro City.
Objectives of the Problem The primary objectives of the study are to identify the tasks and benefits of inventory system for proper custodian at AMA Computer College - CDOC. It will include a well-outlined replenishment system, where critical inventory levels at AMA Computer College - CDOC result in different tasks from the human resource department or other departments. Given the processes or ways put into the system to attract the users interest to optimize inventory control that can balance a fine line between too much and too little. It will also avoid too much cost and will save time. The objectives also includes the efficiency in inventory means the ability to quickly receive and store properties or products as they come in and retrieve and ship when they go out. It will also meet stable number and growing number of inventories, removing items from inventory, notifying the students of every department courses for those transactions they had that shown in the data of inventory system, and notifying them for the respective date they should returned the item(s). These objectives lead to the researchers to do a questionnaire survey from the students of AMA Computer College CDOC to ask their opinions whether this proposed study will be effective or not. Provided, that the identities of the respondents are to be in confidential form for the own convenience.
This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the inventory system and the people of AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro Citys satisfaction and improvements. Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions: I. Personal Information

There is an increase of 100% to determine when the items are borrowed and will be back in stock. 3. There is an increase of 100% to trace who are those students borrowed items from the property custodian. 4. There is an increase of 87% to place the specific items on their respective shelves. 5. There is an increase of 100% to determine the items that were ordered, received, used, damaged, and currently borrowed. Significance of the Study The proponents of the study expect that its result would be valuable to the following and will have the following uses: First, to the employee of the human resource department of AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro City for the next school years, they will benefit from this study by knowing that there are factors that can make improvements and changes within the different departments of AMA Computer College. To parents of the students, they will benefit from this study because they will then be able to confirm whether their decision in providing the necessary means to improve
their childs academic performance is beneficial and detrimental to the education of their child. They could then take appropriate actions if it is not beneficial. To instructors, as the students second parents and facilitator of their academic performance, this study will provide pointers on how to have a holistic approach in encouraging students to improve their grades. To future researchers, the outcome of the study will be a great benefit to the IT research since it will open a new venue for further studies of the same context. This will serve as a basis and additional resource for future researchers who would like to venture on the same study. They may benefit from this study by giving them opportunity to improve this study and to give benefits to others with their improved study. To the current researchers, they may benefit from this study in the same manner as how the AMA Computer College (CDO) students would benefit from it.
Scope and Limitations This study was limited to the employees and students from different departments of AMA Computer College at Cagayan de Oro City. The research data is specifically limited also to the information that were gathered through online and from other books of different authors provided by the researchers.

Chapter II REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE The researchers found several studies through online conducted by previous researchers that were relevant to this research study in one way or another. It includes theme such as main goals of an inventory system, inventory system methods, and advantages of the inventory system. Inventory System
An inventory system is a set of hardware and software based tools that automate the process of tracking inventory. The kinds of inventory tracked with an inventory system can include almost any type of quantifiable good, including food, clothing, books, equipment, and any other item that consumers, retailers, or wholesalers may purchase. Modern inventory systems are almost exclusively based on barcode technology. Though barcodes were initially developed to automate the process of grocery store checkout, their ability to encode a wide variety of alphabetic and numeric symbols makes them ideal for encoding merchandise for inventory applications. Inventory systems work in real-time using wireless technology to transmit information to a central computer system as transactions occur. (Lesonsky,1998, pp.67-68)
The inventory system also provides a complete set of methods to support inventory handling. All users of the Inventory System need the same functionality to complete their varied tasks. The inventory system allows you to remove items from inventory, notify the store of a customers intent to purchase an item that is not currently in stock (backorder), and notify the store of a customers intent to purchase an item that
11
has never been in stock (preorder). The administrator of the store uses the inventory system to place a specific number of items on a shelf for customers to purchase, backorder, or preorder, decrease the number of items available for purchase, backorder, or preorder, perhaps because of an error in stocking the item, determine the number of items available for purchase, backorder, or preorder, and determine when a specific item will be back in stock. (Moskowitz, 2010, p. 113)
An inventory system may be used to automate an order fulfillment process. Such a system contains a list of orders to be received, and then prompts workers to pick the necessary items, and provides them with packaging and shipping. Real-time inventory systems may use wired, mobile terminals to record inventory transactions at the moment they occur.
History of Inventory System Before the Industrial Revolution, merchants basically had to write down all of the products they sold every day. Then they had to order more products based on their hand-written notes and their gut feelings. This was an incredibly inefficient and inaccurate way of doing business. Luckily, in 1889 a man named Herman Hollerith invented the first punch card that could be read by machines. By feeding sheets of paper that have little holes in specific places; people could record complex data for a variety of purposes from census taking to clocking in and out of work. This was basically the precursor to computers that can read data in tiny microchips. And Holleriths company even went on to form the worlds first computer company, IBM. (Olsson, G. & Rosen, C., 2005, p.117 - 128)
12
Harvard University took Holleriths idea in the 1930s and created a punch card system for businesses. Companies could tell which products were being ordered and also record some inventory and sales data based on punch cards customers would fill out for catalog items. Unfortunately, Harvards order management system cost too much and was too slow to keep up with rising business challenges.(Ibid) In the 1960s, a group of retailers (mostly grocery stores, at first) got together and came up with a new method for tracking inventory: the modern barcode. There were several competing types of barcodes before they were standardized with the Universal Product Code (UPC) in 1974. Its still the most-used barcode in the United States today. As computers become more efficient and cheaper, UPCs grew in popularity. In the mid1 990s, companies started experimenting with inventory management software that would record data as products were scanned in and out of warehouses. The technology evolved into a comprehensive inventory management solution by the early 2000s. And now, even small and midsize businesses can find affordable inventory management software to meet their needs. (Ibid) Inventory management software has been decades (even hundreds of years) in the making. It has been a great help to the industries for it contributed a lot in terms of monitoring inventories. And now that its improved, it is definitely an advantage of it to make sure business doesnt become history. Advantages of Inventory System There are several advantages to using inventory system in a business setting and the following are:
13
1. Cost savings In many cases, a companys inventory represents one of its largest investments, along with its workforce and locations. Inventory system helps companies
cut expenses by minimizing the amount of unnecessary parts and products in storage. It also helps companies keep lost sales to a minimum by having enough stock on hand to meet demand. (Handfield, 2006, pp. 213-221) 2. Increased efficiency Inventory system often allows for automation of many inventory-related tasks. For example, system can automatically collect data, conduct calculations, and create records. This not only results in time savings, cost savings, but also increases business efficiency. (Ibid) 3. Warehouse organization Inventory system can help distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers and retailers optimize their warehouses. If certain products are often sold together or are more popular than others, those products can be grouped together or placed near the delivery area to speed up the process of picking. (Ibid) 4. Updated data Up-to-date, real-time data on inventory conditions and levels is another inventory system gives companies. Company executives can usually access the system through a mobile device, laptop or PC to check current inventory numbers. This automatic updating of inventory records allows businesses to make informed decisions. (Ibid) 5. Data security
14
With the aid of restricted user rights, company managers can allow many employees to assist in inventory management. They can grant employees enough information access to receive products, make orders, transfer products and do other tasks without compromising company security. This can speed up the inventory management process and save managers time. (Ibid) 6. Insight into trends Tracking where products are stocked, which suppliers they come from, and the length of time they are stored is made possible with inventory system. By analyzing such data, companies can control inventory levels and maximize the use of warehouse space. Furthermore, firms are more prepared for the demands and supplies of the market, especially during special circumstances such as a peak season on a particular month. Through the reports generated by the inventory system, firms are also able to gather important data that may be put in a model for it to be analyzed. (Ibid) Disadvantages of Inventory System The main disadvantages of inventory management software are its cost and complexity and the following are: 1. Expense Cost can be a major disadvantage of inventory system. Many large companies use inventory system, but small businesses can find it difficult to afford it. Barcode readers and other hardware can compound this problem by adding even more cost to companies. The advantage of allowing multiple employees to perform inventory-
15
management tasks is tempered by the cost of additional barcode readers. (Bozarth, 2006, pp. 187-189) 2. Complexity Inventory system is not necessarily simple or easy to learn. A companys management team must dedicate a certain amount of time to learning a new system, including both software and hardware, in order to put it to use. Most inventory system includes training manuals and other information available to users. Despite its apparent complexity, inventory system offers a degree of stability to companies. For example, if an IT employee in charge of the system leaves the company, a replacement can be comparatively inexpensive to train compared to if the company used multiple programs to store inventory data. (Ibid) If a specific industry keeps an inventory, it will definitely need to have inventory software to help stay organized and on the top of the stock of the products. Inventory system can provide the basics of just keeping track of your inventory, but it can also help manage customer relationships and even provide with a calendar for purchasing goods. Some of the best inventory system is equipped with a low-level warning system that will alert when the stock is getting low so it wont run out of something that is selling well. It will also have the ability to see in real time what stock that is on hand at another location and keep track of it. If the offer item kits its important to use a program that will allow keeping an eye on the inventories so that the kits are all accounted for.
16
Purpose of Inventory System Companies often use inventory system to reduce their carrying costs. The system is used to track products and parts as they are transported from a vendor to a warehouse, between warehouses, and finally to a retail location or directly to a customer. Inventory system is used for a variety of purposes, including maintaining a balance between too much and too little inventory, tracking inventory as it is transported between locations, receiving items into a warehouse or other location, picking, packing and shipping items from a warehouse, keeping track of product sales and inventory levels and cutting down on product obsolescence and spoilage. (Lockard, 2010, p. 81) AMA Computer College is a school institution that will also be capable of using inventory system to monitor their school inventories from the borrowers (e.g. students). The system will purposely contribute a lot of help by recording the data of the items. An inventory system is the mechanism within AMA Computer College CDOC that is used for efficient management of the movement and storage of inventories and the related flow of information. Features of Inventory System Inventory system is made up of several key components, all working together to create a cohesive inventory for many organizations systems. These features include: 1. Order management Should inventory reach a certain threshold, a companys inventory management system can be programmed to tell managers to reorder that product. This helps
17
companies avoid running out of products or tying up too much capital in inventory. (Brooame, 1999, pp. 141-143) 2. Asset tracking When a product is in a warehouse or store, it can be tracked via its barcode and/or other tracking criteria, such as serial number, lot number or revision number. Nowadays, inventory system often utilizes barcode, radio-frequency
identification (RFID), and/or wireless tracking technology. (Ibid) 3. Service management Companies that are primarily service-oriented rather than product-oriented can use inventory system to track the cost of the materials they use to provide services, such as cleaning supplies. This way, they can attach prices to their services that reflect the total cost of performing them. (Ibid) 4. Product identification Barcodes are often the means whereby data on products and orders is inputted into inventory system. A barcode reader is used to read barcodes and look up information on the products they represent Radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags and wireless methods of product identification are also growing in popularity. (Ibid) An important feature to consider for inventory system is the ability to work with multiple currencies if you make transactions with people. It should also be able manage recurring orders for customers who continually buy or borrow from the respective custodian. Another important feature is the ability to set up your inventory system to
18
handle bundles of items sold, used, or borrowed instead of pieces sold, used, or borrowed. Common Components of an Inventory System A. Barcode Scanner. Barcode scanner is an electronic device for reading printed barcodes of inventories. B. Personal Computer. Personal computer is designed for individual use, as by a person in an office or at school, for such applications as word processing, data management, and financial analysis. C. Inventory Software. Inventory software for control and tracking of inventories in which it is bundle with barcode scanning hardware for a complete inventory management system solution. D. Barcode Printer. Barcode printer is for printing inventory labels from your desk or in the warehouse making releasing labels all day. It is a printer to meet the system needs and budget. E. Barcode Label. Barcode labeling needs with a full range of stock blank labels for the barcode printer as well as completely pre-printed labels. With options for a variety of sizes, colors, and material types. Through inventory tags, or safety compliance stickers will get the right labels.

Chapter III METHODOLOGY Overview This research was conducted in order to determine whether personality questionnaire play a significant role in the recruitment and appraisal of the employees. The advantages and disadvantages as well as the reliability of this instrument were also part of the objectives. In order to answer these research goals, the researchers opted to obtain the view of human resource employee and other students in line with this topic. Specifically, a total of 60 respondents from AMA Computer College within Cagayan de Oro City were randomly selected to make up the sample. Selected participants answered a survey questionnaire structure in Likert format. Data gathered from this research instrument also made use of secondary resources in the form of published articles and literature to support the survey results. Research Design The descriptive method was used for this study. To define the descriptive type of research, Creswell (1994) stated that the descriptive method research is to gather information about the present existing condition. The emphasis is on describing rather than on judging or interpreting. The aim of descriptive research is to verify formulated hypotheses that refer to the present situation in order to elucidate it. The descriptive approach is quick and practical in terms of the financial aspect. Moreover, this method allows a flexible approach; thus, when important new issues and questions arise during the duration of the study further investigation may be conducted.
20
Descriptive research on the other hand is a type of research that is mainly concerned with describing the nature or condition and the degree in detail of the present situation. This method is used to describe the nature of a situation, as it exists at the time of the study and to explore the cause(s) of particular a phenomenon. The aim of descriptive research is to obtain an accurate profile of the people, events or situations. With this research type, it is essential that the researcher already has a clear view or picture of the phenomena being investigated before the data collection procedure is carried out. The researchers used this kind of research to obtain first hand data from the respondents so as to formulate rational and sound conclusions and recommendations for the study. The descriptive approach is quick an d practical in terms of the financial aspect. In this study, the descriptive method was employed so as to identify the role and significance of using personality questionnaire in recruiting and selecting employees during the time of research. The researchers opted to use this research method considering the objective to obtain first hand data from the respondents. The descriptive method is advantageous for the researchers due to its flexibility; this method can use either qualitative or quantitative data or both, giving the researcher greater options in selecting the instrument for data-gathering. The aim of the research is to determine the role of questionnaire in the inventory system processes as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using inventory system; the descriptive method is then appropriate for this research since this method is used for gathering prevailing conditions. The research is using human resource management employee and the students as respondents from AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro City in order to gather
21
relevant data; the descriptive method is then appropriate as this can allow the identification of the similarities and differences of the respondents answers. For this research, two types of data were gathered. These included the primary and secondary types. The primary data were derived from the answers the participants gave during the survey process. The secondary data on the other hand, were obtained from published documents and literatures that were relevant to the questionnaire. With the use of the survey questionnaire and published literatures, this study took on the combined quantitative and qualitative approach of research. By means of employing this combined approach, the researchers were able to obtain the advantages of both quantitative and qualitative approaches and overcome their limitations. Quantitative data collection methods are centered on the quantification of relationships between variables. Quantitative data-gathering instruments establish relationship between measured variables. When these methods are used, the researchers are usually detached from the study and the final output is context free. Measurement, numerical data and statistics are the main substance of quantitative instruments. With these instruments, an explicit description of data collection and analysis of procedures are necessary. An approach that is primarily deductive reasoning, it prefers the least complicated explanation and gives a statement of statistical probability. The quantitative approach is more on the detailed description of a phenomenon. It basically gives a generalization of the gathered data with tentative synthesized interpretations. Quantitative approach is useful as it helps the researchers to prevent bias in gathering and presenting research data. Quantitative data collection procedures create
22
epistemological postulations that reality is objective and unitary, which can only be realized by means of transcending individual perspective. This phenomenon in turn should be discussed or explained by means of data analysis gathered through objective forms of measurement. The quantitative data gathering methods are useful especially when a study needs to measure the cause and effect relationships evident between preselected and discrete variable. The purpose of the quantitative approach is to avoid subjectivity by means of collecting and exploring information which describes the experience being studied. Quantitative methods established very specific research problem and terms. The controlled observations, mass surveys, and other means of research manipulation in qualitative method makes gathered data more reliable. In other words, subjectivity of judgment, which is not needed in a thesis discussion, can be avoided through quantitative methods. Thus, conclusions and discussion involved in the process are more objective. Variables, both dependent and independent, that are needed in the study are clearly and precisely specified in a quantitative study. In addition, quantitative method enables longitudinal measures of subsequent performance of the respondents. Fryer (1991) noted that qualitative researchers aim to decode, describe, analyze and interpret accurately the meaning of a certain phenomenon happening in their customary social contexts. The focus of the researchers utilizing the framework of the interpretative paradigm is on the investigation of effects of implementing inventory system for property custodian. Contrary to the quantitative method, qualitative approach generates verbal information rather than numerical values (Polgar & Thomas, 1995). Instead of using
23
statistical analysis, the qualitative approach utilizes content or holistic analysis; to explain and comprehend the research findings, inductive and not deductive reasoning is used. The main point of the quantitative research method is that measurement is valid, reliable and can be generalized with its clear anticipation of cause and effect (Cassell & Symon, 1994). Being particularistic and deductive in nature, quantitative method is dependent on the formulation of a research hypothesis and confirming them empirically using a specific data set (Frankfort-Nachmias & Nachmias, 1992). The scientific hypothesis of a quantitative method holds no value. This means that the researchers personal thoughts, subjective preferences and biases are not applicable to this type of research method. The researchers opted to integrate the qualitative approach in this study due to its significant advantages. The use of qualitative data gathering method is advantageous as they are more open to changes and refinement of research ideas as the study progresses; this implies that qualitative data gathering tools are highly flexible. Moreover, no manipulation of the research setting is necessary with this method; rather than employ various research controls such as in experimental approaches, the qualitative data gathering methods are only centred on understanding the occurring phenomena in their naturally occurring states. Aside from these advantages, researchers use qualitative data-gathering tools as some previous researchers believe that qualitative data are particularly attractive as they provide rich and well-grounded descriptions and explanations as well as unforeseen findings for new theory construction. One of the notable strengths of the qualitative instruments is that they evoke a more realistic feeling of the research setting which cannot be obtained from
24
statistical analysis and numerical data utilized through quantitative means. These data collection methods allow flexibility in conducting data gathering, research analysis and interpretation of gathered information. In addition, qualitative method allows the presentation of the phenomenon being investigated in a more holistic view. Participants In order to determine whether questionnaire does play an important role in conducting inventory processes, a total of 60 respondents were asked to participate. To achieve pertinent information, certain inclusion criteria were imposed. The participants qualified for sample selection must be staff or employees of the human resource department and students from AMA Computer College in Cagayan de Oro City. This qualification ensured that the participants understand the nature of questionnaire and its use for making the survey items easy for them to accomplish. The respondents were selected from AMA Computer College, thus, a total of one employee were selected for human resource department; as the study also aimed to determine whether questionnaire play an important role in conducting appraisal procedures, the researchers did not consider choosing other departments that did not want a system for their respective department. Simple random sampling was done for the sample selection. This sampling method is conducted where each member of a population has an equal opportunity to become part of the sample. As all members of the population have an equal chance of becoming a research participant, this is said to be the most efficient sampling procedure. In order to conduct this sampling strategy, the researchers defined the population first, listed down all the members of the population and then selected
25
members to make the sample. For this procedure, the lottery sampling or the fish bowl technique was employed. This method involves the selection of the sample at random from the sampling frame through the use of random number tables (Saunders, Lewis & Thornhill, 2003). Numbers were assigned for each employee in the master list. These numbers were written on pieces of paper and drawn from a box; the process was repeated until the sample size was reached. Instruments The survey questionnaire was used as the main data-gathering instrument for this study. The questionnaire was divided into two main sections: a profile and the survey proper. The profile contains socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents such as age, gender, civil status, the number of years they had served the company as well as their assigned job position. The survey proper explored the perceptions of employees on questionnaire, particularly on its usability and reliability on the usage of the inventory system. The questionnaire proper section also contains questions that identify the advantages and disadvantages of using inventory system in the department. The questions were structure using the Likert format. In this survey type, four choices are provided for every question or statement. The choices represent the degree of agreement each respondent has on the given question. The scale below was used to interpret the total responses of all the respondents for every survey question by computing the weighted mean: Range 3.01 4.00 2.01 3.00 Interpretation Strongly Agree/Yes Agree/Maybe
26
The Likert survey was the selected questionnaire type as this enabled the respondents to answer the survey easily. In addition, this research instrument allowed the research to carry out the quantitative approach effectively with the use of statistics for data interpretation. In order to test the validity of the questionnaire used for the study, the researcher tested the questionnaire to five respondents. These respondents as well as their answers were not part of the actual study process and were only used for testing purposes. After the questions have been answered, the researcher asked the respondents for any suggestions or any necessary corrections to ensure further improvement and validity of the instrument. The researcher revised the survey questionnaire based on the suggestion of the respondents. The researcher then excluded irrelevant questions and changed vague or difficult terminologies into simpler ones in order to ensure comprehension. Data Processing and Analysis After gathering all the completed questionnaires from the respondents, total responses for each item were obtained and tabulated. In order to use the Likert-scale for interpretation, weighted mean to represent each question was computed. Weighted mean is the average wherein every quantity to be averages has a corresponding weight. These weights represent the significance of each quantity to the average. To compute for the weighted mean, each value must be multiplied by its weight. Products should then be added to obtain the total value. The total weight should also be computed by adding all the weights. The total value is then divided by the total weight.
27
Ethical Considerations As this study required the participation of human respondents, specifically students, certain ethical issues were addressed. The consideration of these ethical issues was necessary for the purpose of ensuring the privacy as well as the safety of the participants. Among the significant ethical issues that were considered in the research process include consent and confidentiality. In order to secure the consent of the selected participants, the researchers relayed all important details of the study, including its aim and purpose. By explaining these important details, the respondents were able to understand the importance of their role in the completion of the research. The respondents were also advised that they could withdraw from the study even during the process. With this, the participants were not forced to participate in the research. The confidentiality of the participants was also ensured by not disclosing their names or personal information in the research. Only relevant details that helped in answering the research questions were included.

Inventory System
for Property Custodian
This context diagram represents a system that could interact with respondents (e.g. AMA Computer College Students). It also shows the system as a whole and its input and outputs from/to external factors (e.g. AMA Computer College Students). The students of AMA Computer College CDOC will give details to be recorded by the person responsible to handle the inventory system. The respective person will input the data of the student (e.g. student USN or ID No., & the item(s) that should be borrowed) into the system, and then the system will store the data with back up files of it. It will be printed in the borrower list that will serve as the guide of the employee in the property custodian. The item will be given to the student after recording all the data that suppose-to-be-recorded on the system. By this process, the property custodian under human resource management can have a monitor for those inventories that were borrowed and has the copy of when will be the inventories returned to the property custodian.

(Inventory System)
The data flow diagram above shows the complete inventory circle system, activities, and processes the inventory system undergoes. We have three
interconnected systems which are the students of AMA Computer College CDOC, Inventory System, and the School Administration Department of AMA Computer College CDOC (e.g. Property Custodian of Human Resource Department). In the part of the students, they request/order/borrow an inventory item(s) while their data is being recorded at the inventory system and a borrower slip will be issued in respect to the
