General Accountability Ensures the effective day-to-day operation of the office by providing professional and courteous administrative support to the TITLE and other staff members as required Key Job Responsibilities Including Performance Expectations Manage the TITLES daily calendar; schedule and coordinate meetings Screen TITLES calls and assure discreet handling of all company business Prepare correspondence/spreadsheets/presentations/reports for the TITLE S review and/or signature Prepare meeting agendas and ensure the coordination and timely distribution of supporting materials; prepare and distribute minutes reet all clients and visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner Send and receive fa!es" mail and courier parcels for the office; prioriti#e and distribute as appropriate Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for the office $rder" receive and store all office supplies; ensure adequate supplies are maintained Administer petty cash according to established procedures; reconcile monthly %rac& all time off 'e(g(" vacation" sic& days) according to established policy; reconcile monthly Ma&e travel and other meeting arrangements for all staff
