Read the operating instructions carefully before using the
device for the frst time and preserve this booklet for later
reference. Pass this manual on to whoever might acquire the
device at a future date.
Important safety instructions
Proper use
Children may only operate the remote control under adult
supervision.
The universal remote control can replace a maximum of ten
remote controls. It can only be used for entertainment elec-
tronics with infrared receivers. The functions of the Universal
remote control essentially correspond to those of the original
remote control. The universal remote control is intended for
private use. It is not suitable for commercial use.
Any other use is considered improper use. The manufacturer
accepts no responsibility for damage caused by improper
handling or unauthorized reconstruction.

A warning of this danger level signifes a possible dangerous
situation. If the dangerous situation is not avoided it can lead
to injuries. The directives in this warning are there to avoid

Warning of injury danger as a result of
improper handling of batteries!
Batteries must be handled with special care. Take note of the
following safety instructions:
Keep batteries well away from children. Children can
put batteries into their mouths and swallow them. If a bat-
tery is swallowed medical assistance must be sought IM-
MEDIATELY.
Do not throw batteries into a fre. Never subject batteries
to high temperatures.

Explosion hazard! Non-rechargeable batteries must never
be recharged.
Do not open the batteries or short-circuit them.
Battery acid leaking from a battery can cause infamma-
tion of the skin. In event of contact with the skin, rinse with
large amounts of water. If the liquid comes into contact
with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water, do not rub
and immediately consult a doctor.
Attention!
The Universal remote control contains an infrared diode of la-
ser class 1. In order to avoid eye injuries do not look at the
diode with optical devices.
Damage to the device
If the device is defective, do not attempt to repair it your-
self. In case of damage, contact the manufacturer or the
manufacturer's service hotline (see Warranty information).
If liquid escapes from the device or if the device has been
otherwise damaged, it must be inspected by the manu-
facturer or the manufacturer's service hotline. Contact the
manufacturer or the manufacturer's service hotline (see
Warranty information).
Take the batteries out of the battery compartment as soon
as they are depleted.
If you will not be using the device for a long period of time,
remove the batteries to prevent them from discharging.
Always change all batteries at the same time and always
use batteries of the same type.

Tips:
The functions described here pertain to the theoretically
ideal circumstance that the button structure of the respec-
tive original remote control is identical to this universal
remote control. This only occurs, however, in rare cases. If,
therefore, not all of the original remote control's functions
can be reproduced it is not due to a difciency in the Uni-
versal remote control.
All the brand names used in these instructions or in the
accompanying code list are trademarks of the correspond-
ing companies.
Initial use
Unpacking the device/checking the package
contents

- Manufacturers directory with device code list:
- 2 x 1,5 V Batteries, type AAA/LR03 (Micro)
Note: Transport damage
If you notice any transport damage contact the manufacturer or
the manufacturer's Service-Hotline (see warranty information).
Inserting the batteries
Attention!
The Universal remote control must only be operated with
1.5 Volt batteries (Type AAA, LR03).
Carry out the battery change as quickly as possible. Preset
settings will remain saved for approx. 1 minute. If new batter-
ies have not been installed within this time all of the settings
will have to be carried out again. The time of day and date
will, however, be lost in either case.

1. Open the battery compartment cover 2! in the direction
of the arrow.
2. Insert the batteries as shown in the diagram and close the
battery compartment.
The LCD display q is activated as long as batteries are
installed. The following diagram shows the LCD display q
after the batteries have been installed or changed.





Note:
If no LCD display q is visible check the polarity of the
batteries or install new ones.

The LCD display q is divided into felds.









Text field 2@
Here is shown the currently selected device, for example
DVD, TV VCR etc.
Infrared symbol 2#
Every time a button is pressed, with which an infrared signal
is to be sent the Infrared symbol illuminates.
Code/Time field 2$
Here is shown the device code of the relevent selected de-
vice or the time of day. With the time of day indicator ":" the
numbers blink in the middle. For time displays in the 12-hour
format, the period of the day code is shown to the left of the
time.
Day of the week field 2%
Here you can read the English shortened form of the current
day of the week after you have entered the date.

Standard display:



The standard readout of the LCD display q consists of the
details for the relevent device, for example, "TV", the initial
for the day of the week and the time of day indicator.

All the functions described here can, of course, only be used
if they are supported by the device being controlled.

call up the SETUP menu, briefy press to dis-
play the date.
To access the electronic programme guide
of the target device, frst briefy press the S
button r and then the FAV/EPG button 1(.
To control the PIP function (picture in pic-
ture) of your television set, frst press the
S button r followed by the - button
of the Videotext function buttons s.
Arrow buttons t
Move up, right, left and down in menus.
EXIT button y
Move a level backward in the menu.
P +/ buttons u
Change the reception channel.
In DVD mode, these buttons control the
SKIP function.
MACRO button i
MACRO button i followed by a number

The playback buttons f control devices such as DVD/CD
players and video recorders:
Start playback
ASPECT Image format switching with TV operation.
Record
Stop Playback/Record/Wind
Pause playback

Wind forward
The coloured marking of the playback buttons refer to the
coloured felds in the video text, over which the Toptext func-
tions can be controlled.
AV button g
Switch to the AV input.
Mute switching h
Switch sound on/of.
VOL+/ buttons j
Set volume (Volume).
MENU button k
Access the menu of the controlled device.
OK button l
You can confrm a menu selection with the OK
button.
FAV/EPG button 1(
Press the FAV/EPG button to access your
previously programmed favourite station.

SETUP - System settings
In the system settings you undertake the following:
Programming the remote control to the devices to be con-
trolled
Setting the time of day, date, display contrast, background
illumination, volume, lock function as well as system reset.

Code Setup (Programming the remote control)
3 Programming methods are available for the remote control:
Programming by brand code search, by automatic code
search and by direct code input (manual).
First you should use the brand code search since this method is
the fastest way of programming if the manufacturer of your de-
vice is itemized in the code list. As second is recommended the
direct code input followed by the automatic code search.
Programming by brand code search
With this method you select the brand and code direct via
the LCD display q.
Observe the following operational references to programme
the remote control:
1. Press the device button e for the device that you want to
programme the remote control.
2. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. Carry out entries in the menu quickly because after
approx. 15 seconds without an entry the menu will be
ended.
3. In the LCD display q "CODE SETUP" appears. Press the
OK button l. "ENTER CODE" now appears in the LCD
display q. With the buttons t select "BRAND
CODE" and confrm with the OK button l.
4. Now appears the alphabetical frst brand name from the
list of pre-programmed devices.
5. With the 34 buttons t select the various brand names.
6. To make access easier you can skip directly to specifc let-
ters of the alphabet with the number buttons o:
2 => A 3 => D 4 => G 5 => J
6 => M 7 => P 8 => T 9 => W
Example With button number 5 the display skips to the
letter "J". The frst brand is "JVC"*. If, for example, you
own a "Kenwood"* brand device, continue leafng with
the 4 button t until this brand name appears. (* All
brand names used here are trademarks of the corre-
sponding manufacturer.)
7. The majority of manufacturers use several diferent codes
for the remote control. You must now ascertain which of
the available codes is best suited to your device. On the
right underneath the brand name the relevent code will
be shown in the LCD display q.
8. To test the code, point the remote control at the actual
device and press the buttons that correspond to the func-
tions of this device (except 34t, OK l, EXIT y,
the device buttons e or the numeric buttons o).
9. If most of the buttons function press the OK button l to
save the setting. In the LCD display q "OK" appears.
Subsequently the menu will close automatically.

10. If, however, none or only a few of the buttons function
select with the or button t the next code and test
again as described in step 8.
11. With the EXIT button y you will move one level upwards
in the menu.
Repeat these operational steps for all devices that you would
like to control with the remote control.
Programming by manual code input
In this mode the remote control can be programmed by direct
input of a code number. You can obtain the necessary code
number from the enclosed manufacturers directory with device
code list. In the event that the new code is invalid the last valid
programmed code will be restored.
1. Press the device button e for the device that you want to
programme the remote control.
2. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds.
3. In the LCD display q "CODE SETUP" appears. Press the
OK button l. "ENTER CODE" now appears in the LCD
display q. To access this function press the OK button l.
4. In the LCD display q appears the presently used code for
the selected device. Now the frst digit of the code blinks
and waits for your code input. Enter the new four digit
code via the number buttons o. After entering the fourth
digit the whole code fashes. You can now test if the URC
can control the device you want with this code. Press
those keys that correspond to the functions of the device,
with a TV set for example, PROG +/. If the device re-
acts as required, confrm the code input with the OK but-
ton l. If it does not, enter the next possible code from the
list and try again.
5. If the entered CODE is valid the code will be saved. In
the LCD display q "OK" appears briefy. Subsequently
the menu will close automatically. In the event of failure
the LCD display q shows briefy "ERROR" and waits for a
new code entry. Then you repeat step 4.
6. With the EXIT button y you will move one level upwards
in the menu.
Programming by automatic code search
This process can take several minutes per device since all
codes for the selected device have to be gone through.
Therefore this method should only be used when the device
cannot be programmed via brand code search or direct
code input or if your device is not listed at all in the manufac-
turers directory with device code list.
Follow the steps listed below to carry out programming by
means of the automatic code search.
1. Press the device button e for the device that is to be con-
trolled (i.e. VCR).

2. Switch the device that is to be controlled with the remote
control on. With VCR/DVD/CD devices please insert a
tape and/or disc.
3. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds.
4. In the LCD display q "CODE SETUP" appears. Press the
OK button l. "ENTER CODE" now appears in the LCD
display q. Press the or button t until "SEARCH
CODE" is shown in the LCD display q. Point the remote
control to the device and then press the OK button l to
access the mode "automatic code search".
5. The search begins. Thereby the device sends, one after
the other, the code numbers in ascending order. The infra-
red symbol 2# indicates this. Every search starts with the
currently programmed code.
6. When the device reacts by switching of press immedi-
ately the OK button l to save the relevent code. The LCD
display q shows briefy "OK".
7. Check to see if the majority of your device's functions can
now be controlled with the remote contol. If yes you have
most probably found the correct code. In the event that a
few functions are not working you can start the automatic
code search again beginning with step 1.
8. However if the device does not react any more you prob-
ably did not press the OK button l quick enough in step
6. Then press repeatedly the EXIT button y to exit the
menu and return to the standard display.
9. Now hold down the device button e of the device for
which you have just sought the relevent code. Below on
the right in the LCD display q will thereby be shown the
relevent code. Make a note of this number.
10. Then proceed as described in the preceding chapter
"Programming by manual code entry" and check to see
if the code with the next lowest number combination will
function.
Tips:
1. When code search is activated all buttons except OK l
and EXIT y are ignored.
2. If the automatic search has reached the end of the code
list it stops there. The display then returns to "SEARCH
CODE".
System-Setup
Setting the time
The LCD display q shows you the time of day. You set this as
follows:
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3
seconds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears. If appox.
15 seconds passes without an entry the device exits the
menu and returns to the standard display.

2. With the or button t select "SYSTEM SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l.
3. In the LCD display q "TIME SETUP" appears. Confrm
with the OK button l. The LCD display q now shows
"TIME" and the time format (24 HR) blinks.
4. With the or button t you can switch to the other
time format (12 HR). After which the time display for the
time of day will show an AM or PM before the time.
AM stands fpr AM = ante meridium (Morning, 0:00
oclock midnight to 12:00 oclock midday). PM stands
for PM = post meridium (Afternoon and evening,
12:00 oclock midday to 0:00 oclock midnight). Press
the OK button l to confrm.
5. Now the hour indicator blinks. With the or button t
select the hour number for the present time of day and
press the OK button l.
6. Now the minute indicator blinks. With the or button
t select the minute number for the present time of day
and press the OK button l to save. The "TIME SETUP"
notice appears again.
7. To exit this or the following menus press repeatedly the
EXIT button y until the standard display appears in the
LCD display q.
Setting the date
The LCD display q shows you the date when you press the S
button r. You set the date in this way:
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select "SYSTEM SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l.
3. In the LCD display q "TIME SETUP" appears. Press the
button t to change to "DATE SETUP". Confrm with the
OK button l.
4. In the display the year "2011" blinks. With the or
button t you can change the year and confrm with
the OK button l. With the or button t you can
change the now blinking month and confrm with the OK
button l. Now the day indicator blinks which you can
also change with the or button t.
5. To save press the OK button l. The "DATE SETUP"
notice appears again.
Adjust contrast
You can set the display's contrast as follows:
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select "SYSTEM SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l.
3. With the or button t select "CONTRAST SETUP"
and confrm with the OK button l.

4. In the LCD display q the contrast value now blinks which
you can set with the or button t.
Display readout:
0 = highest contrast:
15 = lowest contrast
5. With the OK button l you can save the desired setting.
The notice "CONTRAST SETUP" appears again.
Background Illumination
You can set how long the LCD displays q background and
the button illuminations remain alight after completion of the
operation.. Thereby taking into account that the longer the il-
lumination remains lit the shorter the battery life will be.
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select "SYSTEM SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l.
3. With the or button t select "BACKLIT SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l.
4. In the LCD display q now blinks the second count for the
length of time that the light is to be left on which you can
set with the buttons t from 0 to 60. If you select
"0" the background illumination will shut of completely.
5. With the OK button l you can save the desired setting.
The notice "BACKLIT SETUP" appears again.
Setting the global volume/mute switching
So that you dont always have to frst press a device button for
the volume control and mute switching, for these functions the
URC always only responds to an individual device. You can
determine this target device yourself.
1. Hold the S button r down for a little longer than
3 seconds. The notice CODE SETUP appears.
2. With the or button t select SYSTEM SETUP and
conrm with the OK button l.
3. With the or button t select VOL/MUTE SETUP
and conrm with the OK button l.
4. The LCD display q shows ALL VOL SET. Press the OK
button l, the display changes to ALL VOL MODE.
5. Now press the device button e for the device that is to be
controlled by the global volume control.
6. If the specied device is equipped with a volume control,
SUCCESS will be displayed briey and the menu will
close. From now on the volume control functions on the
device just specied.
7. If this device is not equipped with its own volume control
the URC will not allow this selection and shows VOLUME
ERROR. Even then the menu will close. The volume con-
trol will then continue to function on the former device.
You can also deactivate the global volume control for specic
devices.

1. For this purpose select in the VOL/MUTE SETUP with the
or button t the function MODE VOL SET and
conrm with the OK button l.
2. Now press the device button e for the device that is to
be excluded from the global volume control. The LCD
display q shows SUCCESS and the global volume
control is deactivated if the URC is working in the opera-
tional mode of one of the selected devices.
You can also cancel the settings again in VOL/MUTE SETUP.
1. For this purpose select in the VOL/MUTE SETUP with the
or button t the function VOL/MUTE RESET and
conrm with the OK button l.
2. The LCD display q prompts you, with CONFIRM RESET,
to a conrmation which is done by pressing the OK but-
ton l. Press the OK button l If you want to delete the
settings, the SUCCESS indicator then conrms the dele-
tion. Otherwise you press the EXIT button y to abort the
deletion.
Select a Tape-/Disc device for direct operation
You can select a tape or disk device that you can control
with the playback buttons f without frst having to press the
corresponding device button e.
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice CODE SETUP appears.
2. With the or button t select SYSTEM SETUP and
confrm it with the OK button l.
3. In the LCD display q TIME SETUP appears. Press the
button t to switch to PLAYBACK SETUP. Confrm
with the OK button l.
4. With the or buttons t now select the device that
should respond to the URC when you use the playback
buttons f. Confrm with the OK button l.
5. If instead of a device you select OFF and confrm it with
the OK button l, you switch the direct operation of. If
you select RESETand confrm it with the OK button l,
you activate the pre-programmed factory settings for this
function.
6. The LCD display q shows SUCCESS and the selected
device can now be directly controlled using the playback
buttons f.
Setting the lock function
With the lock function you can block access to all setup menus.
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds.
2. With the or button t select SYSTEM SETUP and
conrm with the OK button l.
3. With the or button t select LOCK SETUP and
conrm with the OK button l. The LCD display q shows
the current settings.

4. With the or button t now select between LOCK
(Block) or UNLOCK (Unblock).
5. With the OK button l you save the setting. In the LCD
display q LOCK SETUP then appears again.
System reset
With this function you can delete the assignment of all or in-
dividual device buttons.
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select "SYSTEM SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l.
3. With the or button t select "SYSTEM RESET" and
confrm with the OK button l.
4. With the or buttons t you can now select the
desired function. To delete the assignments (Code) of all
device buttons e, as well as all data to macros, timer and
learned functions, select ALL RESET and confrm it with
the OK button l.
5. In the LCD display q there now appears CONFIRM
RESET. Confrm the deletion with the OK button l.
Then the LCD display q shows SUCCESS RESET. The
detailed information is now deleted and the menu is termi-
nated.
6. To delete only the assignments of individual device keys e,
select MODE RESET and then press the OK button l.
The LCD display q now shows MODE and asks you to
press the device button e whose assignment you want to
delete. To conclude, SUCCESS briefy appears, then you
will again read MODE in the LCD display. Now press
any other further desired device buttons e to also delete
their assignment.
7. Otherwise, you can exit the menu by pressing the EXIT
button y.
Timer Setup
The URC ofers 2 timer modes, sleep timer and event timer.
Sleep timer
1. Press the device button e for the device that is to be con-
trolled (i.e. VCR).
2. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
3. Press the or button t until "TIMER SETUP" is
shown. Press the OK button l "TIMER SLEEP" appears in
the LCD display q. Confrm the selection of this function
with the OK button l.
4. Now, below to the right in the LCD display q blinks the
minutes for the remaining time of the selected device.
Set with the or button t the desired value from 1

red signal can reach the device to be switched of. After
expiration of the set time the remote control will switch the
device of.

play q below on the left.
Event timer
The remote control has 4 event timers available via which
you are allowed to send out specifc series of button combi-
nations at designated times.
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select "TIMER SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l. "TIMER SLEEP" appears
in the LCD display q. With the or button t select
the desired memory slot "TIMER SETUP 1" to "TIMER
SETUP 4" and confrm with the OK button l.
3. Now the hour of the time of day, to which the desired
button combinations are to be carried out, blinks. Set with
the or button t the desired hour and press for con-
frmation the OK button l.
4. Now the minutes of the time of day, to which the desired
button combinations are to be carried out, blinks. Set with
the or button t the desired minutes and press for
confrmation the OK button l.
5. In the LCD display q you will see "TIMER X KEY" (X
stands for the desired timer). Now press the desired
device button e followed by the desired sequence of the
button commands.
6. By default, the timer commands are sent at intervals of 1
second. Since many devices react sluggishly, it is possible
that the sequences of the timer commands are sent to the
device too quickly. Then you have the option of program-
ming, before a button command, a pause of between 5
to 21 seconds. For this press, if necessary repeatedly, on
the MACRO button i. Below and to the right the LCD
display q shows the current pause length in seconds.
7. Press the S button r to save your entry and to return to
the timer menu.
8. Procede in a similar manner in order to, if required,
programme the other timer memory slots also.
9. With programmed event timer the LCD display q shows
the timer symbol on the right next to the time.
Tips:
1. Per timer memory slot a maximum of 14 buttons can be
programmed. After entry of the 14th button the sequence
will be automatically saved and "FULL" is shown in the
LCD display q.
2. In this menu also the device will return to the standard dis-
play after approx. 15 seconds without an entry.

Delete Timer
You can delete a programmed sleep or event timer as follows:
1. Select the timer that you wish to delete (see chapter
Sleep-Timer/Event-Timer) and then press the OK button l.
In the LCD display q you will read TIMER CLEAR.
2. Press the OK buttonl. The LCD display q changes to
CONFIRM CLEAR.
3. Press the OK button l once again to delete the timer.
The LCD display q confrms the successful deletion with
the message SUCCESS.
Learn Setup
The Universal remote control (URC) can learn and save but-
ton signals of an original remote control. If the URC does not
work after applying the programming methods already de-
scribed or cannot carry out all commands please attempt to
teach the URC with the help of the original remote control.
Use new batteries for the URC and the original remote
control.
Maintain a distance of at least one metre from other light
sources. The light sources could disrupt the infrared trans-
mission.
Place the URC and the original remote control at a dis-
tance of 20 to 50 mm from each other on an even surface
so that the infrared diodes 2) are facing each other.
Tips:
1. Do not use the following buttons for the learn function: all
device buttons e, MACRO i, S button r, EXIT y.
2. If when teaching, during the notice "LEARNING", no
button is pressed on the original RC after 25 seconds the
learn menu will end. This mode can not be ended
by pressing a button on the URC.
3. The memory can accommodate 150 button commands.
If the memory is full the LCD display q shows "LEARN
FULL" and the learn mode will end.
4. With the EXIT button y you return to the previous status
(except with a notice of "LEARN KEY" and/or "LEARNING").
Code learn function
1. Press the device button e for the device that the URC
should learn a button code.
2. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
3. With the or button t select the menu "LEARN
SETUP" and then press the OK button l.
4. In the LCD display q "LEARN SET" appears. Then press
the OK button l. In the LCD display q "LEARN KEY" ap-
pears.
5. First press the button on the URC that is to be taught. In the
LCD display q "LEARNING" appears. The URC now waits
for the infrared signal from the original remote control.

Note:
Should the notice not change to "LEARNING" you have
selected a button for which no button code can be
taught.
6. Point the infrared sensors 2) of both remote controls
towards each other.
7. Now hold down the desired button of the original
remote control until "SUCCESS" or "LEARN ERROR"
appears in the display q of the URC.
8. If in the LCD display q "SUCCESS" appears (process
successful), you can teach further buttons begining with
step 5. If "LEARN ERROR" appears (process unsuccessful)
repeat the process in any case from step 5.
9. To cancel/terminate the learning process, during the
display LEARN SET, repeatedly the EXIT button y until
the standard display is show in the LCD display q. Dur-
ing the notice "LEARN KEY" and/or "LEARNING" simply
allow 30 seconds to pass without any operation then the
device will end the menu.
Delete all programmed buttons of all devices
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select the menu "LEARN
SETUP" and then press the OK button l. In the LCD
display q "LEARN SET" appears.
3. With the or button t select "LEARN CLEAR"
(taught delete) and confrm with the OK button l. In
the LCD display q "CONFIRM CLEAR" (confrm delete)
appears.
4. Confrm with the OK button l. In the LCD display q
"SUCCESS" appears. All programmed buttons are de-
leted. Finally the menu will automatically end.
Note:
When the LCD display shows CONFIRM CLEAR you can
stop the deletion with the EXIT button y.
Macro Setup
With the MACRO function up to 16 button commands can
be carried out with the press of a single button, that is to say,
several previously saved control commands can be deleted
with one MACRO button. There are 6 Macro memory slots
available for you.
To programme a Macro
For Macro programming proceed as follows:
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
2. With the or button t select "MACRO SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l. In the display "MACRO
SETUP 1" appears.

3. With the or button t select the memory slot to be
programmed (MACRO SETUP 1 - 6) and confrm with the
OK button l.
4. In the LCD display q "MACRO STEP" appears. Now
press, one after the other, the desired buttons (max. 16).
The sequence should begin with a device button e.
5. By default the Macro commands are sent in intervals of
1 every second. Since many devices react sluggishly it is
possible that the sequence of the Macro commands are
sent too quickly to the device. Then you have the option
of programming, before a button command, a pause
of between 5 - 21 seconds. For this purpose press, if nec-
essary repeatedly, the MACRO button i. Below
and to the right the LCD display q shows the current
pause length in seconds.
6. When the maximum number of button commands is
reached the LCD display q shows "FULL".
7. Save the entry with the S button r. In the LCD display q
"MACRO SETUP" appears.
8. If, with the selection of the Macros to be programmed
(step 3), you select a memory slot that is already occupied
the existing Macro will be overwritten.
9. Repeat the process from step 3 to create further Macros.
10. With the EXIT button y you move a level upwards in the
menu except during the entry of the button commands.
Tips:
1. A maximum of 16 button commands can be saved in a
Macro. After input of the 16th button command, FULL
appears in the LCD display q.
2. To exit the mode without saving allow approx. 15 sec-
onds to pass without an entry.
3. In the mode "MACRO STEP" you can only return to the
previous status with the S button r.
Example: You want to save a command chain in a Macro.
We begin in the mode "MACRO STEP".
Desired command chain: Switch on TV => PAUSE => switch
to the AV input => switch on DVD => PAUSE => Playback
DVD.
In the mode "MACRO STEP", for this you enter the following
button commands:
=> => (Pause time) => => =>
=> (Pause time) =>
Execute a Macro
To execute a pre-programmed Macro proceed as follows:
1. Press the MACRO button i.
2. With the corresponding number button o you access the
desired Macro (1-6). Example: If Macro 3 is to be imple-
mented press frst the Macro button i and then, within 5
seconds, the number button " ".

To delete all Macros
To delete all pre-programmed Macros proceed as follows:
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.

SETUP 1" appears.
3. With the or button t select "MACRO CLEAR" and
confrm with the OK button l.
4. In the LCD display q "CONFIRM CLEAR" (confrm
delete) appears. Confrm the delete process with the
OK button l. The LCD display q shows "SUCCESS".
All Macros are now deleted and the menu will end.
Tips:
1. When the LCD display q shows "CONFIRM CLEAR" you
can stop the delete process with the EXIT button y.
2. Individual Macros can not be deleted they can only be
overwritten.
Favourites channel
Note:
With this function you can save your preferred stations as
favourites.
To programme favourites
Your favourite stations are saved as follows:
1. Press the device button e for the device that you want to
save a favourite.
2. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds. The notice "CODE SETUP" appears.
3. With the or button t select "FAV CH SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l. In the display "FAV CH
SETUP 1" appears.
4. With the or button t select the memory slot to be
programmed (FAV CH SETUP 1 - 4) and confrm with the
OK button l.
5. In the LCD display q "FAV CH STEP" appears. Now
press, one after the other, the buttons (max. 4) for access
to your desired favourite stations.
6. When the maximum number of button commands is
reached the LCD display q shows "FULL".
7. Save the entry with the S button r. In the LCD display q
"FAV CH SETUP" appears.
8. If, with the selection of the favourites to be programmed
(step 4), you select a memory slot that is already occu-
pied the existing favourite will be overwritten.
9. Repeat the steps to apply further favourites.
10. With the EXIT button y you move a level backwards in the
menu except during the entry of the button commands.

Note:
The input of the channel numbers can vary according to
the model and brand of the selected devices. If necessary,
with multi-digit channel numbers you must frst press the
button a.
To access favourites
To access a pre-programmed favourite press the FAV/EPG
button 1( followed by the corresponding number button for
the desired memory slot (1 - 4).
Delete All FAV channels
To delete all pre-programmed favourites proceed as follows:
1. Hold down the S button r for a little longer than 3 sec-
onds.
2. With the or button t select "FAV CH SETUP" and
confrm with the OK button l. In the display "FAV CH
SETUP 1" appears.
3. With the or button t select "FAV CH CLEAR" and
confrm with the OK button l.
4. In the LCD display q "CONFIRM CLEAR" (confrm delete)
appears. Confrm the delete process with the OK button l.
The LCD display q shows "SUCCESS". All favourites are
now deleted and the menu will end.
Tips:
1. When the LCD display q shows "CONFIRM CLEAR" you
can stop the delete process with the EXIT button y.
2. Individual favourites can not be deleted they can only be
overwritten.
Volume control
Vol +/, (Mute switching)
Press the "VOL+" button to increase the volume. With the
"VOL " button you reduce the volume. To mute the sound
press the -button h. A further press of this button turns
the sound back on.
If you have not set any other device as the target for the glo-
bal volume control, when you press the VOL +/- buttons j
on the URC the volume control of the TV set is addressed
by default, regardless of which device button e was previ-
ously pressed. However, this does not apply to the following
devices: AMP, DVD, ASAT, and DSAT since it can
be assumed that these devices are equipped with their own
volume control.

For operation
> To operate one of the programmed devices with the URC
frst press the corresponding device button e. Then point
the URC to this device and press the desired button.
> Put the number buttons o exactly as you do with the
original remote control. Before you make a two digit
entry press, if necessary, the button a.
> Press the FAV/EPG button 1( to start the electronic pro-
gramme guide of a device equipped with this function.
> If you press the S button r the date is superimposed for
10 seconds in the LCD display q below and on the right.
> Whilst you hold down one of the device buttons e the
active code for this device will be superimposed below to
the right in the LCD display q.
> Via the MENU button k you access the dialogue for the
setting of the respective target device.
> Press the illumination button d to switch the display and
button illuminations on and/or off.
All OFF
Tips:
With the button ALL OFF (all of) w all devices that
are switched on can be automatically switched of. This func-
tion can switch on again devices that have already been
switched of (depending on the device). For this, press and
hold the ALL OFF button w for a few seconds. It may take up
to 10 seconds before all devices are switched of. This will
only function under the following circumstances:
1. A visible connection exists between all the devices and
the URC.
2. Automatic code search, brand code search and MACRO
function are not active.
3. All target devices must be suitable for remote control
switch of.
To again switch on all devices automatically hold down once
more the button w until all devices are switched on.
Cleaning and storage
Attention!
Ensure that moisture cannot permeate into the device
during cleaning! Otherwise there is the danger of
causing irreparable damage to the device!
> Clean the housing of the device exclusively with a soft
moist cloth and a mild dishwashing detergent.
> Store the device exclusively in an environment that com-
plies with the specifcations given in the technical data.
> Before storing remove the batteries so that they will not
cause damage to the device if, during storage, they
happen to leak.

Faults / Remedies
Your device does not react to the URC.
> Check the batteries. They must have enough voltage and
be properly installed.
> Firstly have you pressed the correct device button e for
the desired target device?
> Check to see that the correct code is programmed in for
the target device (see section "Code Setup").
The URC is transmitting the commands incorrectly.
> Press the corresponding device button e to set the URC
to the correct mode.
> The batteries must have enough voltage and be properly
installed.
> It is possible that you are using the wrong code. Start the
brand code search, the automatic code search or the di-
rect code input (manual).
The URC does not change the station on the device.
> Press the corresponding device button e to set the URC
to the correct mode.
> In the event that the original RC does not have a "-/- -"
button, change the programme with the P +/ buttons u or
the number buttons o.
> If this also does not work the child protection for the
target device could be activated.
Some buttons on the URC do not function properly.
> It is possible that your URC does not have all of the func-
tions that are on the device's original remote control.
> It is possible that you have not programmed in the optimal
code. Search for a code that supports more of the target
device's functions.
The URC stops reacting after a button is pressed.
> The batteries must have enough voltage and be properly
installed.
> Point the URC towards your device.
The LCD display q shows nothing.
> The batteries must have enough voltage and be properly
installed.
> The contrast could be set too low. Increase the contrast
setting.

Panja!
Univerzalni daljinski upravlja raspolae infracrvenu diodu
laserske klase 1. Ne promatrajte je uz pomo optikih urea-
ja, kako biste izbjegli oteenja oka.
Oteenja na ureaju
Ukoliko je ureaj defektan, ne pokuavajte ga popravljati
na vlastitu ruku. U sluaju tete kontaktirajte proizvoaa
ili njegovu deurnu telefonsku liniju za podrku (vidi jam-
stvenu karticu).
Ukoliko je u unutranjost ureaja dospjela tekuina ili
je dolo do druge vrste oteenja ureaja, isti mora biti
prekontroliran od strane proizvoaa ili njegove deurne
telefonske linije za podrku. Stupite u vezu sa proizvo-
aem ili sa njegovom servisnom telefonskom linijom za
kupce (vidi napomene u jamstvenom listu).
Izvadite baterije iz pretinca za baterije, im se one istroe.
Ako ureaj due vrijeme ne koristite, izvadite baterije,
kako biste izbjegli pranjenje.

Napomena:
Ovdje opisane funkcije se odnose na teoretski idealan
sluaj, kada je tipkovna struktura originalnog daljinskog
upravljaa identina sa strukturom univerzalnog daljin-
skog upravljaa. To se meutim dogaa samo u vrlo rijet-
kim sluajevima. Ukoliko ne mogu biti izvedene sve funk-
cije originalnog daljinskog upravljaa, to ne predstavlja
nedostatak univerzalnog daljinskog upravljaa.
Sve oznake marke koritene u ovim uputama ili u prilo-
enoj listi sa kodovima predstavljaju trgovake oznake
odgovarajuih poduzea.

Umetanje baterija
Panja!
Univerzalni daljinski upravlja smije biti pogonjen iskljuivo
sa 1,5 V baterijama (veliine AAA, LR03).
Zamjenu baterija izvedite brzo. Izvrena podeenja ostaju
memorirana po prilici jednu minutu. Ukoliko u tome roku
niste umetnuli nove baterije, sva podeenja moraju ponovo
biti izvrena. Tono vrijeme i datum e meutim u svakom
sluaju biti izgubljeni.

1. Poklopac pretinca za baterije 2! u smjeru strelice otvorite.
2. Baterije umetnite na prikazani nain i zatvorite pretinac
za baterije.
LCD-zaslon q je aktiviran, dok su baterije umetnute. Slijedea
slika pokazuje LCD-zaslon q, nakon umetanja ili zamjene
baterija.

Ako LCD-zaslon q ne postane vidljiv, prekontrolirajte polaritet

Code Setup (Programiranje daljinskog upravljaa)
3 metode programiranja su raspoloive za daljinski upravlja:
Programiranje preko traenja koda marke, preko automatskog
traenja koda i preko neposrednog unosa koda (runo).
Prvo biste trebali koristiti pretragu ifre marke, jer je to naj-
bra metoda programiranja, ukoliko je proizvoa Vaeg
ureaja naveden u spisku sa iframa. Kao drugo preporu-
amo neposredno unoenje koda, pa automatsko traenje
kodova.
Programiranje pomou pretrage kodova
marke
Kod ove metode neposredno birate marku i kod preko LCD-
zaslona q.
Slijedite u nastavku navedene upute za rukovanje, kako
biste izvrili programiranje daljinskog upravljaa:
1. Pritisnite tipku ureaja e za ureaj, na koji daljinski
upravlja elite programirati.
2. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Unose u meniju brzo nainite, jer nakon 15 sekundi bez
vrenja unosa meni e se automatski zavtvoriti.
3. U LCD-prikazu q se pojavljuje dojava CODE SETUP.
Pritisnite tipku OK l. ENTER CODE se sada pojavljuje
u LCD-prikazu q. Sa tipkama t odaberite opciju
BRAND CODE i odabir potvrdite sa tipkom OK l.
4. Sada se pojavljuje prvi naziv marke po abecednom
redu, iz liste predprogramiranih ureaja.
5. Sa 34 tipkama t moete izabrati iz raznih naziva
marki.
6. Za laki pristup moete pomou brojanih tipki o direktno
skoiti na odreena poetna slova:
2 => A 3 => D 4 => G 5 => J
6 => M 7 => P 8 => T 9 => W
Primjer: Sa tipkom 5 prikaz preskae do slova J. Prva
marka je JVC*. Ukoliko primjerice posjedujete ureaj
marke Kenwood*, listajte sa 4 tipkom t dalje, dok
se ne pojavi naziv iste marke. (* Svi ovdje koriteni nazivi
marki su trgovake oznake odgovarajuih poduzea.)
7. Veina proizvoaa koristi vie razliitih kodova za
daljinski upravlja. Sada morate iznai, koji od raspolo-
ivih kodova najbolje odgovara za Va ureaj. Desno
ispod naziva marke e aktualna ifra u LCD-zaslonu q
biti prikazan.
8. Usmjerite daljinski upravlja na aktualni ureaj i pritisnite
tipke, koje odgovaraju funkcijama tog ureaja, da biste
testirali ifru (izuzev 34t, OK l, EXIT y, tipke
ureaja e ili tipke znamenki o).
9. Kada najvei broj tipaka funkcionira, pritisnite OK-tipku
l, kako biste postavku pohranili. Na LCD-zaslonu q se
pojavljuje OK. Potom e meni automatski biti okonan.

10. Ako funkcionira tek mali broj tipaka ili niti jedna tipka
ne radi, odaberite sa ili tipkom t slijedeu ifru
i testirajte na nain opisan pod tokom 8.
11. Sa EXIT-tipkom y prelazite jednu razinu vie u meniju.
Ponovite ove korake za sve ureaje, kojima elite upravljati
preko daljinskog upravljaa.
Programiranje runim unosom kodova
U ovom modusu daljinski upravlja moe biti programiran
neposrednim unoenjem broja koda. Potreban broj ifre
pronaite u priloenom spisku proizvoaa sa listama ifri
ureaja. Ukoliko novi kod nije vaei, biti e ponovo uspo-
stavljen zadnji programirani, vaei kod.
1. Pritisnite tipku ureaja e za onaj ureaj, na koji elite
programirati daljinski upravlja.
2. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
3. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje CODE SETUP.
Pritisnite OK-tipku l. ENTER CODE se sada pojavljuje
na LCD-zaslonu q. Za pozivanje ove funkcije pritisnite
OK-tipku l.
4. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje ifra, koja je u upotrebi
za odabrani ureaj. Sada trepti prva znamenka koda i
eka na Va unos koda. Unesite novi etveroznamenkasti
kod preko brojanih tipaka o. Nakon unosa etvrte zna-
menke trepti cjelokupna ifra. Sada moete testirati, da li
univerzalni daljinski upravlja ovom ifrom moe upravljati
sa eljenim ureajem. Pritisnite tipke, koje odgovaraju funk-
cijama ureaja, na TV-ureaju, npr. PROG +/. Ako ure-
aj reagira na eljeni nain, onda potvrdite unos ifre sa
OK-tipkom l. U protivnom unesite slijedeu moguu ifru
iz spiska i ponovo testirajte.
5. Ako je unesena ifra CODE vaea, ona e biti me-
morirana. Na LCD-zaslonu q se nakratko pojavljuje
OK. Potom e meni automatski biti okonan. U sluaju
neuspjeha LCD-zaslon q nakratko prikazuje dojavu
ERROR (greka) i eka na ponovni unos ifre (koda).
U tom sluaju ponovite korak 4.
6. Sa EXIT-tipkom y se u meniju penjete za jednu razinu.
Programiranje automatskom pretragom
kodova
Ovaj postupak moe za svaki ureaj potrajati po nekoliko
minuta, jer svi kodovi za odabrani ureaj moraju biti obra-
eni. Zbog toga bi ova metoda trebala biti koritena samo
onda, kada ureaj preko traenja koda marke ili preko ne-
posrednog unoenja koda ne moe biti programiran, ili ako
Va ureaj uope nije zastupljen u spisku proizvoaa sa
listom kodova ureaja.
Slijedite u nastavku navedene korake, da biste izvrili pro-
gramiranje pomou automatske pretrage kodova.

1. Pritisnite tipku ureaja e za ureaj, kojim upravljate
(npr. VCR).
2. Ukljuite ureaj, sa kojim elite upravljati preko daljin-
skog upravljaa. Kod VCR/DVD/CD-ureaja molimo
umetnite vrpcu, odnosno disketu.
3. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
4. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje CODE SETUP. Pritisnite
OK-tipku l. Dojava ENTER CODE se pojavljuje na
LCD-zaslonu q. Pritisnite ili tipku t, dok se dojava
SEARCH CODE na LCD-zaslonu q ne pojavi. Daljinski
upravlja usmjerite na ureaj i onda pritisnite OK-tipku l,
da biste pozvali modus "automatsko traenje ifre".
5. Pretraga zapoinje. Pritom ureaj redom znamenke
ifre alje u rastuem redosljedu. Infracrveni simbol 2# to
pokazuje. Svaka pretraga zapoinje sa aktualno podee-
nom ifrom.
6. Ako ureaj reagira iskljuivanjem, neizostavno pritisnite
OK-tipku l, da biste pohranili aktualnu ifru. LCD-zaslon
q nakratko prikazuje OK.
7. Provjerite, da li najveim dijelom funkcija Vaeg ureaja
sada moete upravljati preko univerzalnog daljinskog
upravljaa. Ako moete, onda ste najvjerojatnije pro-
nali ispravnu ifru. Ukoliko neke od funkcija ne funkcio-
niraju, moete zapoeti korakom 1 i ponovo pokrenuti
automatsku pretragu kodova.
8. Ukoliko ureaj vie ne reagira, onda u okviru koraka
6 vjerojatno niste dovoljno brzo pritisnuli OK-tipku l.
Zatim u vie navrata pritisnite EXIT-tipku y, kako biste
napustili meni i vratili se u standardni prikaz.
9. Drite pritisnutu tipku ureaja e, za koji upravo traite
odgovarajuu ifru. Na donjem desnom dijelu LCD-za-
slona q se pritom pojavljuje aktualna ifra. Upamtite tu
brojku.
10. Zatim postupite na nain opisan u prethodnom poglav-
lju "Programiranje preko runog unosa ifre" i provjerite,
da li ifra sa slijedeom niom kombinacijom brojeva
funkcionira.
Napomena:
1. U uvjetima aktiviranog traenja ifre sve tipke osim OK
l i EXIT y biti e ignorirane.
2. Kada je automatska pretraga dola do kraja liste sa
kodovima, ona e se tamo zaustaviti. Na zaslonu se
zatim pojavljuje dojava SEARCH CODE.
System-Setup
Podeavanje tonog vremena
LCD-zaslon q prikazuje tono vrijeme. Ovako ete ga
podesiti:
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Prikaz dojave CODE SETUP se pojavljuje. Priekajte

ca. 15 sekundi bez vrenja unosa. Ureaj naputa meni
i vraa se u standardni prikaz.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odabirate SYSTEM SETUP i
potvrdite sa tipkom OK l.
3. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje TIME SETUP. Potvrdite
sa OK-tipkom l. LCD-zaslon q sada prikazuje TIME
i vremenski format (24 HR) trepti.
4. Sa ili tipkom t moete na drugi vremenski format
(12 HR) prebaciti. Onda e kasnije kod tonog vremena
uz prikaz dnevnog vremena stajati oznaka AM ili PM
ispred vremenskog navoda. AM oznaava AM =
ante meridium (prije podne, 0:00 do 12:00 sati).
PM oznaava PM = post meridium (poslijepodne,
12:00 do 0:00 sati). Pritisnite OK-tipku l za potvrdu.
5. Sada trepti oznaka za sate. Sa ili tipkom t birajte
broj sata aktualnog tonog vremena i pritisnite OK-tipku l.
6. Sada trepti oznaka za minute. Sa ili tipkom t
birajte broj minuta aktualnog tonog vremena i pritisnite
OK-tipku l za pohranjivanje. Ponovo se pojavljuje dojava
TIME SETUP.
7. Da biste ovaj ili slijedei meni napustili, pritisnite toliko
puta EXIT-tipku y, dok se standardni prikaz na LCD-za-
slonu q ne pojavi.
Podeavanje datuma
LCD- zaslon q Vam pokazuje datum, kada die S-tipku r
pritisnete. Ovako ete podesiti datum:
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Dojava CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM SETUP i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje TIME SETUP. Pritisnite
tipku t, da biste se prebacili na DATE SETUP.
Potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
4. Na displayu trepti broj godine 2011. Sa ili tip-
kom t moete izvriti promjenu broja godine, koju onda
trebate sa OK-tipkom l potvrditi. Sa ili tipkom t
moete promijeniti treptui broj mjeseca, a sa OK-tipkom
l potvrditi. Sada trepti prikaz aktualnog dana, koji takoe
sa ili tipkom t moete promijeniti.
5. Za memoriranje pritisnite OK-tipku l. Ponovo se pojav-
ljuje prikaz dojave DATE SETUP.
Podeavanje kontrasta
Kontrast displaya moete podesiti na slijedei nain:
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Prikaz CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM SETUP i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite CONTRAST SETUP
i odabir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
4. Na LCD-zaslonu q sada trepti kontrastna vrijednost,
koju moete sa ili tipkom t podesiti:

5. Sa OK-tipkom l pohranjujete eljenu postavku. Pojavljuje
se ponovo prikaz dojave CONTRAST SETUP.
Osvjetljenje pozadine
Moete podesiti, koliko dugo pozadina LCD-zaslona q i
tipaka nakon zavretka posluivanja treba ostati osvijetljena.
Pritom vodite rauna o tome, da due vrijeme osvjetljenja
skrauje ivotni vijek baterija.
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Prikaz dojave CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM SETUP i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite BACKLIT SETUP i
odabir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
4. Na LCD-zaslonu q sada trepti oznaka sekundi trajanja
osvijetljenja, koju moete sa tipkama t podesiti
od 0 do 60. Ukoliko podesite vrijednost 0, pozadin-
sko osvjetljenje e biti potpuno iskljueno.
5. Sa OK-tipkom l moete pohraniti eljeno podeenje.
Ponovo se pojavljuje dojava BACKLIT SETUP.
Podeavanje globalne glasnoe/potpunog
utiavanja glasnoe
Kako ne biste za reguliranje glasnoe i potpuno utiavanje
glasnoe morali svaki puta prvo pritisnuti tipku na ureaju,
univerzalni daljinski upravlja za ove funkcije aktivira samo
po jedan ureaj. Ciljni ureaj Vi moete odrediti.
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Prikaz dojave CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM SETUP i odabir
potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite VOL/MUTE SETUP
i odabir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
4. LCD-zaslon q e prikazati ALL VOL SET. Pritisnite
OK-tipku l, prikaz se prebacuje na ALL VOL MODE.
5. Sada pritisnite tipku ureaja e za onaj ureaj, kojim
elite upravljati preko sustava globalnog upravljanja
glasnoom.
6. Ukoliko navedeni ureaj raspolae sustavom reguliranja
glasnoe, nakratko e se pojaviti dojava SUCCESS
(= uspjeh) i meni se okonava. Sustav reguliranja glasnoe
sada djeluje na ureaj, koji ste upravo prethodno odredili.
7. Ukoliko dotini ureaj ne raspolae vlastitim sustavom
za reguliranje glasnoe, univerzalni daljinski upravlja
ne doputa taj izbor i pojavljuje se dojava VOLUME
ERROR (= greka). I u tom sluaju e meni biti okonan.
Reguliranje glasnoe tada i dalje djeluje na dotadanji
izabrani ureaj.

Globalni sustav reguliranja glasnoe za odreene ureaje
moete i deaktivirati.
1. U tu svrhu odaberite u VOL/MUTE SETUP sa ili
tipkom t funkciju MODE VOL SET i odabir potvrdite sa
OK-tipkom l.
2. Sada pritisnite tipku ureaja e za onaj ureaj, koji elite

LCD-zaslon q prikazuje dojavu SUCCESS i globalno
upravljanje glasnoom je deaktivirano, kada univerzalni
daljinski upravlja radi u pogonskom modusu jednog od
izabranih ureaja.
Postavke unutar opcije VOL/MUTE SETUP moete takoe
i deaktivirati.
1. U tu svrhu odaberite u VOL/MUTE SETUP sa ili
tipkom t funkciju VOL/MUTE RESET i odabir potvrdite
sa OK-tipkom l.
2. LCD-zaslon q e Vas sa dojavom CONFIRM RESET
pozvati da potvrdite pomou OK-tipke na l. Pritisnite
OK-tipku l, ako elite obrisati podeenja, a SUCCESS-
prikaz e tada potvrditi brisanje. Ili jednostavno pritisnite
EXIT-tipku y, da biste prekinuli brisanje.
Odabir magnetofona/disk-ureaja za
direktno posluivanje
Moete izabrati magnetofon ili disk-ureaj, koji moete
posluivati pomou komandnih tipki f, bez da prethodno
morate pritisnuti pripadajuu tipku ureaja e.
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Prikaz dojave CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM SETUP i odabir
potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje TIME SETUP. Pritisnite
tipku t, da biste preli na PLAYBACK SETUP. Potvr-
dite sa tipkom OK l.
4. Sa ili tipkom t sada izaberite ureaj, koji treba
reagirati na univerzalni daljinski upravlja, kada koristite
komandne tipke f. Potvrdite sa tipkom OK l.
5. Ako umjesto ureaja izaberete OFF i potvrdite sa OK-
tipkom l, onda iskljuujete direktno posluivanje. Ako
izaberete RESET i potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l, aktivirati
ete predprogramirano tvorniko podeenje za ovu funk-
ciju.
6. LCD-prikaz q dojavljuje SUCCESS i izabrani ureaj
sada moe biti direktno sa komandnim tipkama f poslu-
ivan.
Podeavanje lock-funkcije
Sa lock-funkcijom moete pristup svim setup-menijima (meni
za podeavanje) blokirati.
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
2. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite opciju SYSTEM SETUP
i odabir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.

3. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite LOCK SETUP i potvrdite
odabir sa OK-tipkom l. LCD-zaslon q prikazuje aktualno
podeenje.
4. Sa ili tipkom t zatim birajte izmeu opcija LOCK
(blokada aktivirana) i UNLOCK (blokada deaktivirana).
5. Sa OK-tipkom l pohranjujete ovo podeenje. Na LCD-
zaslonu q se zatim ponovo pojavljuje opcija LOCK
SETUP.
System-Reset
Preko ove funkcije moete ukinuti dodjelu svih ili samo poje-
dinih tipki ureaja.
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Dojava CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM SETUP i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite SYSTEM RESET i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
4. Sada moete sa ili tipkom t izabrati eljenu funkciju.
Da biste dodjelu (Cade) svih tipki ureaja e i sve podatke
makronaredbi, timera i nauenih funkcija izbrisali, izaberite
ALL RESET i odabir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
5. Na LCD-zaslonu q se sada pojavljuje CONFIRM RESET.
Brisanje potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l. Zatim se na LCD-za-
slonu q pojavljuje dojava SUCCESS RESET. Navedene
informacije su sada izbrisane i meni se okonava.
6. Da biste samo dodjelu pojedinih tipki ureaja e izbrisali,
izaberite MODE RESET i pritisnite OK-tipku l. LCD-za-
slon q sada prikazuje MODE i time Vas poziva na pri-
tiskanje jedne tipke ureaja e, iju dodjelu elite izbrisati.
Nakon toga se nakratko pojavljuje dojava SUCCESS (=
uspjeh), a zatim ponovo MODE na LCD-zaslonu. Prema
potrebi pritisnite daljnje tipke ureaja e, da biste izbrisali
i njihovu dodjelu.
7. Ili napustite meni pritiskanjem EXIT-tipke y.
Timer Setup
UDU nudi 2 modusa timera, timer za spavanje i timer doga-
aja.
Timer za spavanje
1. Pritisnite tipku ureaja e kojim elite upravljati (npr.
VCR).
2. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Dojava CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
3. Pritisnite ili tipku t, dok se TIMER SETUP ne po-
javi. Pritisnite OK-tipku l, TIMER SLEEP se pojavljuje
na LCD-zaslonu q. Potvrdite odabir ove funkcije sa OK-
tipkom l.
4. Sada u donjem desnom dijelu LCD-zaslona q trepti broj
minuta preostalih za rad odabranog ureaja. Podesite
sa ili tipkom t eljenu vrijednost od 1 do 99 mi-

nuta. Pritisnite OK-tipku l za potvrdu. Pri programiranom

5. Pozicionirajte daljinski upravlja tako, da infracrveni
signali mogu dospjeti do ureaja koji treba biti iskljuen.
Nakon isteka podeenog vremena daljinski upravlja e
iskljuiti ureaj.
6. Ako sada pritisnite S-tipku r, u donjem lijevom djielu
LCD-zaslona q se pojavljuje SL.
Timer dogaaja
Daljinski upravlja raspolae sa 4 timera dogaaja, preko
kojih moete naloiti slanje odreene serije tipkovnih kombi-
nacija u odreenim trenucima.
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Pojavljuje se CODE SETUP.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite TIMER SETUP i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l. TIMER SLEEP se pojav-
ljuje na LCD-zaslonu q. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite
eljeno memorijsko mjesto TIMER SETUP 1 do TIMER
SETUP 4 i potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
3. Sada trepti broj sati tonog vremena, u kojem eljeni tip-
kovni slijed komandi treba biti pokrenut. Podesite sa
ili tipkom t eljene sate i za potvrdu pritisnite OK-tip-
ku l.
4. Sada trepti broj minuta tonog vremena, u kojem eljeni
tipkovni slijed komandi treba biti pokrenut. Podesite sa
ili tipkom t eljene minute i za potvrdu pritisnite
OK-tipku l.
5. U LCD-zaslonu q moete vidjeti TIMER X KEY (X ozna-
ava eljeni timer). Sada pritisnite tipku eljenog urea-
ja e, te eljeni slijed tipkovnih komandi.
6. Standardno e timerske naredbe biti slane u razmacima
od po 1 sekunde. Poto odreeni ureaji reagiraju inter-
tno, moe se dogoditi da timerske naredbe budu prebrzo
poslane prema ureaju. Onda imate mogunost prije
tipkovne komande programirati stanku od 5 - 21 sekundi.
U tu svrhu po potrebi u vie navrata pritisnite MACRO-tip-
ku i. Na donjoj desnoj strani LCD-zaslona q se pojavlju-
je prikaz aktualne duine stanki izraene u sekundama.
7. Pritisnite S-tipku r, da biste Va unos memorirali i da
biste se vratili na pregled timera.
8. Analogno tome postupite, da po potrebi programirate i
druga memorijska mjesta timera.
9. Pri programiranom dogaajnom timeru LCD-zaslon q
pokazuje timer-simbol desno pokraj prikaza tonog
vremena.
Napomena:
1. Za svako memorijsko mjesto timera moete programirati
maksimalan broj od 14 tipaka. Nakon unosa 14. tipke
slijed e automatski biti pohranjen i FULL se na LCD-
zaslonu q pojavljuje.

2. I u ovom meniju ureaj se nakon ca. 15 sekundi bez
vrenja unosa vraa na standardni prikaz.
Brisanje timera
Ovako moete brisati programirani timer za spavanje (sleep-
timer) ili timer za dogaaje:
1. Izaberite timer, koji elite izbrisati (vidi poglavlje Sleep-ti-
mer/timer dogaaja) i pritisnite OK-
tipku l. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje
TIMER CLEAR.
2. Pritisnite OK-tipku l. LCD-zaslon q prelazi
na dojavu CONFIRM CLEAR.
3. Ponovo pritisnite OK-tipku l, da biste izbrisali timer. LCD-
zaslon q potvruje uspjean postupak brisanja sa prika-
zom dojave SUCCESS.
Setup za uenje
Univerzalni daljinski upravlja tipkovne signale originalnog
daljinskog upravljaa moe "nauiti" i memorirati. Ako
univerzalni daljinski upravlja prema opisanim metodama
programiranja ne funkcionira ili nije u stanju izvriti sve ko-
mande, molimo pokuajte univerzalni daljinski upravlja na-
uiti pomou originalnog (originalnih) daljinskog upravljaa
(daljinskih upravljaa).
Koristite nove baterije za univerzalni i originalni daljinski
upravlja.
Drite najmanje jedan metar rastojanja prema drugim
izvorima svjetlosti. Izvori svjetlosti mogu ometati prijenos
infracrvenih signala.
UDU i originalni daljinski upravlja postavite okrenute
jedan prema drugom u razmaku od 20 do 50 mm tako
na ravnu podlogu, da infracrvene diode 2) budu usmje-
rene jedna na drugu.
Napomena:
1. Slijedee tipke ne koristite za funkciju uenja: sve tipke
ureaja e, MACRO i, S-tipka r, EXIT y.
2. Ako prilikom uenja za vrijeme prikaza dojave LEAR-
NING (uenje) nakon 30 sekundi nije pritisnuta niti jed-
na tipka originalnog daljinskog upravljaa, meni uenja
se automatski okonava. Ovaj modus ne moe biti okon-
an pritiskanjem tipke na UDU (univerzalnom daljinskom
upravljau).
3. Memorija obuhvaa ukupno 150 tipkovnih komandi.
Kada je memorija napunjena, na LCD-zaslonu q se
pojavljuje LEARN FULL i modus uenja se okonava.
4. Sa EXIT-tipkom y se vraate na prethodni status (iznimka
je sluaj prikazivanja dojave LEARN KEY odnosno
LEARNING).
Funkcija uenja kodova
1. Pritisnite tipku ureaja e, za koji UDU treba nauiti tipkov-
ni kod.

5. Prvo pritisnite tipku na univerzalnom daljinskom uprav-
ljau, koja treba biti nauena. Na LCD-zaslonu q se
pojavljuje LEARNING. Univerzalni daljinski upravlja
sada oekuje infracrveni signal originalnog daljinskog
upravljaa.
Napomena:
Ukoliko ne bude izvreno prebacivanje na LEARNING,
to znai da ste izabrali tipku, za koju ne moe biti nauen
tipkovni kod.
6. Usmjerite infracrvene senzore 2) dva daljinska upravljaa
jedan na drugi.
7. Sada drite pritisnutu eljenu tipku originalnog daljinskog
upravljaa, dok se na LCD-zaslonu q UDU ne pojavi
dojava SUCCESS ili LEARN ERROR.
8. Ako se na LCD-zaslonu q SUCCESS pojavi (uspje-
an postupak), moete zapoeti sa korakom 5 i izvriti
uenje daljnjih tipki. Ukoliko se pojavi LEARN ERROR
(postupak neuspjean), ponovite postupak poevi od
koraka 5.
9. Za prekidanje/okonanje postupka uenja pritisnite za
vrijeme prikaza dojaveLEARN SET toliko puta EXIT-
tipku y, dok se standardni prikaz na LCD-zaslonu q
ne pojavi. Za vrijeme prikaza dojave LEARN KEY
odnosno LEARNING jednostavno pustite da proe
30 sekundi bez vrena bilo kakvog unosa, te e ureaj
okonati meni.
Brisanje svih programiranih tipki svih ureaja
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Dojava CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite meni LEARN SETUP
i potvrdite pritiskanjem OK-tipke l. Na LCD-zaslonu q
se pojavljuje LEARN SET.
3. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite LEARN CLEAR (izbrii
naueno) i komandu potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l. Na LCD-
zaslonu q se pojavljuje CONFIRM CLEAR (potvrdi
brisanje).
4. Potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojav-
ljuje SUCCESS. Sve programirane tipke su obrisane.
Na koncu se meni automatski okonava.
Napomena:
Ukoliko se na LCD-zaslonou pojavi CONFIRM CLEAR,
brisanje moete sa tipkom EXIT y prekinuti.

Makro Setup
Sa MAKRO-funkcijom moete do 16 tipkovnih naredbi
izvriti jednim jedinim pritiskom tipke, to znai da nekoliko
prethodno memoriranih komandi moete aktivirati sa jednom
MAKRO-tipkom. Na raspolaganju Vam stoji 6 makro-memo-
rijskih mjesta.
Programiranje makropostavke
Za programiranje makronaredbe postupite na slijedei
nain:
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
Dojava CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.
2. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite MACRO SETUP i potvr-
dite sa OK-tipkom l. Na displayu se pojavljuje MACRO
SETUP 1.
3. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite memorijsko mjesto za
programiranje (MACRO SETUP 1 - 6) i odabir potvrdite
sa tipkom OK l.
4. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje MACRO STEP. Sada
redom pritisnite eljene tipke (maks. 16). Slijed bi trebao
sa tipkom ureaja e zapoeti.
5. Standardno e makronaredbe biti poslane u razmacima
od po 1 sekunde. Poto odreeni ureaji reagiraju intertno,
moe se dogoditi da makronaredbe budu prebrzo poslane
prema ureaju. Onda imate mogunost prije tipkovne
komande programirati stanku od 5 - 21 sekundi. U tu svrhu
po potrebi u vie navrata pritisnite MACRO-tipku i. Na
donjoj lijevoj strani LCD-zaslona q pojavljuje se prikaz ak-
tualne duine stanki izraene u sekundama.
6. Kada je dostignut maksimalan broj tipkovnih naredbi, na
LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje dojava FULL.
7. Pohranite unos sa S-tipkom r. Na LCD-zaslonu q se
pojavljuje MACRO SETUP.
8. Ako prilikom odabira makropostavke (korak 3) odaberete
ve dodijeljeno memorijsko mjesto, doi e do prepisiva-
nja postojee makropostavke.
9. Ponovite ovaj postupak od koraka 3 za postavljanje
dodatnih makronaredbi.
10. Sa EXIT-tipkom y se u meniju penjete za jednu razinu,
osim za vrijeme unoenja tipkovnih naredbi.
Napomena:
1. Maksimalno 16 naredbi mogu biti pohranjene u okviru
jedne makronaredbe. Nakon unosa 16. tipkovne koman-
de se pojavljuje dojava FULL na LCD-zaslonu q.
2. Za naputanje modusa bez pohranjivanja pustite da
proe ca 15 sekundi bez vrenja unosa.
3. U modusu MACRO STEP se moete samo sa S-tipkom
r vratiti u prethodni status.
Primjer: elite niz naredbi memorirati u jednoj makrona-
redbi. Zapoinjemo u modusu MACRO STEP.

Za brisanje svih prethodno programiranih makropostavki

Dojava CODE SETUP se pojavljuje.

4. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje CONFIRM CLEAR
(potvrdi brisanje). Postupak brisanja potvrdite sa OK-
tipkom l. LCD-zaslon q prikazuje SUCCESS. Sve
makropostavke su sada izbrisane, a meni se okonava.
Napomena:
1. Ukoliko se na LCD-zaslonu q pojavi CONFIRM CLEAR,
brisanje moete sa tipkom EXIT y prekinuti.
2. Pojedine makropostavke ne mogu biti izbrisane, nego
samo prepisane.

6. Kada dostignete maksimalan broj tipkovnih komandi, na
LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje FULL.
7. Pohranite unos sa S-tipkom r. Na LCD-zaslonu q se
pojavljuje FAV CH SETUP.
8. Ako prilikom odabira favorita koji treba biti programiran
(korak 4) odaberete ve dodijeljeno memorijsko mjesto,
biti e izvreno prepisivanje postojeeg favorita.
9. Ponovite korake za postavljanje dodatnih favorita.
10. Sa EXIT-tipkom y se vraate za jednu razinu u meniju,
osim za vrijeme unosa tipkovnih komandi.
Napomena:
Unos brojeva kanala se moe razlikovati ovisno o modelu i
marki odabranog ureaja. Eventualno kod vieznamenkastih
brojeva kanala morate prvo tipku a pritisnuti.
Pozivanje favorita
Za pozivanje prethodno programiranog favorita pritisnite
FAV/EPG-tipku 1(, a zatim odgovarajuu brojanu tipku za
eljeno memorijsko mjesto (1 - 4).
Brisanje svih FAV-kanala
Za brisanje svih prethodno programiranih favorita postupite
na slijedei nain:
1. Drite S-tipku r pritisnutu neto due od 3 sekunde.
2. Sa ili tipkom t odaberite FAV CH SETUP i po-
tvrdite sa OK-tipkom l. Na displayu se pojavljuje FAV
CH SETUP 1.
3. Sa ili tipkom t izaberite FAV CH CLEAR i oda-
bir potvrdite sa OK-tipkom l.
4. Na LCD-zaslonu q se pojavljuje CONFIRM CLEAR
(potvrdi brisanje). Potvrdite postupak brisanja sa OK-tip-
kom l. LCD-zaslon q prikazuje SUCCESS. Svi favoriti
su sada izbrisani, meni se okonava.
Napomena:
1. Ukoliko LCD-zaslon q prikae CONFIRM CLEAR,
brisanje moete sa tipkom EXIT y prekinuti.
2. Pojedini favoriti ne mogu biti izbrisani, nego samo prepi-
sani.
Reguliranje glasnoe
Vol +/, (potpuno utiavanje zvuka)
Pritisnite tipku VOL + za poveavanje glasnoe. Sa tipkom
VOL ete smanjiti glasnou. Za potpuno utiavanje
pritisnite -tipku h. Jo jedan pritisak ove tipke e ton
ponovo ukljuiti.

Ako niste podesili drugi ureaj od ciljnog ureaja za globalno
reguliranje glasnoe, e prilikom aktiviranja VOL +/ tipki
j univerzalnog daljinskog upravljaa standardno biti vreno
upravljanje reguliranjem glasnoe TV-prijemnika, i to neovisno
od toga, koja tipka ureaja e je prethodno pritisnuta. To
meutim ne vrijedi za ureaje AMP, DVD, ASAT i
DSAT, jer se pretpostavlja da ovi ureaji raspolau sa vlasti-
tim sustavom za reguliranje glasnoe.
U vezi sa posluivanjem
> Da biste jedan od programiranih ureaja mogli poslui-
vati sa univerzalnim daljinskim upravljaem (UDU), prvo
pritisnite odgovarajuu tipku ureaja e. Zatim univerzalni
daljinski upravlja usmjerite na taj ureaj i pritisnite eljenu
tipku.
> Koristite brojane tipke o na isti nain, kako to inite sa
originalnim daljinskim upravljaem. Prije izvrenja dvo-
znamenkastog unosa eventualno pritisnite tipku a.
> Pritisnite FAV/EPG-tipku 1(, da biste pokrenuli elektronski
programski vodi ureaja opremljenog sa ovom funkcijom.
> Ako S-tipku r pritisnete, u donjem desnom dijelu
LCD-zaslona q se na 10 sekundi pojavljuje datum.
> Dok jednu od tipaka ureaja e drite pritisnutu, na
desnom donjem dijelu LCD-zaslona q se pojavljuje kod
aktivan za dotini ureaj.
> Preko MENU-tipke k pozivate dijalog za podeenja
dotinih ciljnih ureaja.
> Pritisnite tipku za rasvjetu d, da biste osvjetljenje
displaya i tipki ukljuivali, odnosno iskljuivali.
Sve ISKLJ
Napomena:
Sa tipkom ALL OFF (sve iskljui) w mogu svi ukljueni
ureaji automatski biti iskljueni. Ova funkcija moe ve

Funciile telecomenzii universale corespund n mare parte

Orice alt utilizare este contravenional. Productorul nu
acord garanie pentru pagube rezultate n urma utilizrii
neconforme sau a modifcrilor arbitrare aduse telecomenzii.

turilor ridicate;
pericol de explozie! Este interzis rencrcarea bateriilor;
nu deschidei i nu scurtcircuitai bateriile;
acizii scuri din baterii pot provoca iritaii ale pielii. La
contactul cu pielea splai cu ap din abunden. Dac
lichidul ajunge n ochi, cltii temeinic cu ap, nu frecai,
i consultai imediat un medic.
Atenie!
Telecomanda universal dispune de o diod laser clasa 1.
Pentru a evita afeciunile oculare, nu privii n aceast diod
cu aparate optice.
Defecte ale telecomenzii
Dac telecomanda este defect, nu ncercai s o reparai
singuri. n caz de defecte luai legtura cu productorul
sau linia telefonic direct pus la dispoziie de acesta
(vezi bonul de garanie).
Dac n telecomand se infltreaz lichide sau dac pre-
zint defecte, acestea trebuie remediate de ctre produ-
ctor sau cu ajutorul primit prin intermediul liniei telefonice
directe. Luai legtura cu productorul sau cu personalul
de la linia telefonic direct (vezi garania).
Scoatei bateriile consumate din telecomand.
Dac nu utilizai telecomanda un timp mai lung, scoatei
bateriile pentru a evita descrcarea acestora.
nlocuii toate bateriile n acelai timp i nu utilizai baterii
de tipuri diferite.

Setarea codului (Programarea telecomenzii)
Pentru programarea telecomenzii avei la dispoziie 3 metode
de programare: programarea prin cutarea codului mrcii, prin
cutarea automat a codului sau prin introducere manual a
codului.
Mai nti utilizai cutarea codului mrcii pentru c este
metoda cea mai rapid de programare, dac productorul
respectivului aparat se gsete n lista de coduri livrat m-
preun cu telecomanda. Ca a doua variant se recomand
metoda de introducere manual a codului, urmat de cutarea
automat a acestuia.
Programarea prin cutarea codului mrcii
n cazul acestei metode, selectai direct marca i codul apa-
ratului de pe afajul LCD q.
Pentru programarea telecomenzii urmai urmtoarele indicaii:
1. Apsai butonul pentru aparatul e corespunztor pe
care dorii s-l programai la telecomand.
2. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Introducei date n meniu fr s facei pauz, pentru c,
dup cca 15 secunde n care nu ai introdus nimic, meniul
va disprea de pe ecran.
3. Pe afajul LCD q apare CODE SETUP. Apsai butonul
OK l. Pe afajul LCD q apare acum ENTER CODE. Cu
butoanele t selectai BRAND CODE i confrmai
cu butonul OK l.
4. Acum va f afat lista cu numele mrcilor de aparate
pre-programate.
5. Cu 34butoanele t selectai diferitele nume de mrci.
6. Pentru a uura accesul, prin utilizarea butoanelor numerice
o putei ajunge direct la o anumit liter:
2 => A 3 => D 4 => G 5 => J
6 => M 7 => P 8 => T 9 => W
Exemplu: cu butonul 5 ajungei la afarea mrcilor care
ncep cu J. Prima marc este JVC*. Dac, de exemplu,
suntei posesorul unui aparat marca Kenwood*, rsfoii
cu 4 butonul t mai departe, pn cnd apare numele
acestei mrci. (* Toate numele de produse utilizate aici
sunt mrci comerciale ale respectivelor frme.)
7. Majoritatea productorilor utilizeaz mai multe coduri
pentru telecomand. Acum trebuie s afai care dintre
codurile disponibile este cel mai bun pentru aparatul
dumneavoastr. n dreapta, sub numele mrcii este afat
codul actual pe afajul LCD q.
8. ndreptai telecomanda spre aparat i apsai butoanele
corespunztoare funciilor acestui aparat, pentru a testa
codul (cu excepia 34t, OK l, EXIT y, butoanele
aparatelor e sau butoanele cu cifre o).
9. Dac funcioneaz majoritatea butoanelor, apsai
butonul OK l, pentru a salva setrile. Pe afajul LCD q
apare OK. n fnal meniul dispare automat.

10. Dac nu funcioneaz niciun buton sau doar foarte puine
butoane, selectai cu sau , butonul t, urmtorul
cod i testai din nou n modul descris la punctul 8.
11. Cu butonul EXIT y ajungei la urmtorul nivel din meniu.
Repetai aceti pai pentru toate aparatele pe care dorii s
le operai cu telecomanda.
Programarea prin introducerea manual a
codului
n acest mod telecomanda poate f programat prin introdu-
cerea direct a codului numeric. Codul numeric l gsii n
indicele de productori ce conine lista de coduri. Dac noul
cod introdus nu este valid, va f preluat din nou ultimul cod
valid programat.
1. Apsai butonul pentru aparatul e corespunztor pe
care dorii s-l programai la telecomand.
2. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
3. Pe afajul LCD q apare CODE SETUP. Apsai butonul
OK l. Pe afajul LCD q apare acum ENTER CODE.
Pentru apelarea acestei funcii apsai butonul OK l.
4. Pe afajul LCD q apare codul utilizat momentan pentru
aparatul selectat. Acum se aprinde i se stinge prima par-
te din corpul codului i se ateapt s introducei codul.
Introducei noul cod din patru cifre cu ajutorul butoanelor
numerice o. Dup completarea celei de-a patra poziii,
clipete ntreg codul. Acum putei testa dac telecoman-
da poate comanda aparatul dorit cu acest cod. Apsai
butoane care corespund funciilor aparatului, pentru TV,
de ex., PROG +/. Dac aparatul acioneaz corespun-
ztor, confrmai codul cu OK l. Dac nu este potrivit,
introducei alt cod posibil din list i verifcai din nou.
5. Dac CODUL introdus este valid, va f salvat. Pe afajul
LCD q apare un moment OK, apoi meniul va disprea.
Dac operaia eueaz, pe afaj q apare ERROR
(eroare) i se ateapt s introducei un nou cod. n acest
caz repetai pasul 4.
6. Cu butonul EXIT y ajungei la urmtorul nivel din meniu.
Programarea prin cutarea automat a
codului
Acest proces poate dura mai multe minute pentru fecare apa-
rat, deoarece trebuie parcurse toate codurile pentru aparatul
selectat. De aceea, aceast metod ar trebui utilizat, dac
aparatul nu poate f programat prin celelalte dou metode
descrise mai sus, sau dac aparatul dumneavoastr nu se
regsete n lista cu coduri.
Urmai paii prezentai mai jos, pentru a realiza programarea
prin cutarea automat a codului.
1. Apsai butonul e corespunztor aparatului dvs. (de ex.
VCR).

2. Pornii aparatul pe care dorii s-l utilizai cu telecomanda.
n cazul aparatelor VCR/DVD/CD introducei o caset,
resp. un disc.
3. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
4. Pe afajul LCD q apare CODE SETUP. Apsai butonul
OK l. Pe afajul LCD q apare acum ENTER CODE.
Apsai acum sau , butonul t, pn cnd pe afaj
q apare SEARCH CODE. ndreptai telecomanda spre
aparat i apsai butonul OK l, pentru a apela modul
cutare automat a codului.
5. ncepe cutarea. Acum aparatul trimite consecutiv nume-
rele de coduri n ordine cresctoare. Simbolul infrarou
2# indic executarea acestei operaiuni. Fiecare cutare
ncepe cu codul setat n acel moment.
6. Dac exist reacie din partea aparatului, adic dac se
oprete, apsai imediat butonul OK l, pentru a salva
codul actual. Pe afajul LCD q apare pentru scurt timp
OK.
7. Verifcai n mare dac funciile aparatului dumneavoastr
pot f executate de la telecomand. Dac da, nseamn
c ai gsit codul corect. Dac nu se pot executa anumite
funcii, putei rencepe de la pasul 1 cutarea automat a
codului.
8. Dac aparatul nu mai reacioneaz, nseamn c la pasul
6 nu ai apsat destul de repede butonul OK l.
Apsai de mai multe ori butonul EXIT y, pentru a prsi
meniul i pentru a reveni la afarea standard.
9. inei acum apsat butonul pentru aparatul e pentru care
ncercai s cutai codul potrivit. Acum, n dreapta jos,
este afat codul actual pe afajul LCD q. inei minte
aceast cifr.
10. Acum procedai n modul descris n capitolul Progra-
marea prin introducerea manual a codului i verifcai
dac codul funcioneaz cu urmtoarea cea mai mic
combinaie de cifre.
Indicaii
1. Dac cutarea codului este activat, sunt ignorate toate
butoanele, cu excepia butoanelor OK l i EXIT y.
2. Procesul de cutare automat se oprete n momentul n
care a ajuns la sfritul listei de coduri. Afajul revine la
SEARCH CODE.
Setarea sistemului
Setarea orei
Afajul LCD q v arat ora. Ora se seteaz astfel:
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP. Ateptai cca 15 sec. fr a face
nicio introducere, pentru ca aparatul s prseasc meniul
i pentru a reveni la modul standard de afare.

3. Pe afajul LCD q apare TIME SETUP. Confrmai cu
butonul OK l. Afajul LCD q arat acum TIME, iar
formatul datei (24 HR) clipete.
4. Cu sau , butonul t, putei schimba n cellalt mod
de afare al orei (12 HR). Apoi, mai trziu, pe afajul
orei, nainte de or vei vedea un AM sau un PM. AM
nseamn AM = ante meridium (dimineaa, ntre
orele 0:00 i 12:00). PM nseamn PM = post me-
ridium (dup-mas, ntre orele 12:00 i 0:00). Apsai
butonul OK l pentru a confrma.
5. Acum clipete afajul orei. Cu sau , butonul t,
selectai ora exact i apsai butonul OK l.
6. Acum clipete afajul minutelor. Cu sau , butonul t,
selectai minutele exacte i apsai butonul OK l pentru
a salva. Acum va aprea din nou TIME SETUP.
7. Pentru a prsi acest meniu sau meniurile urmtoare,
apsai butonul EXIT y de attea ori pn pe afajul
LCD q apare modul standard de afare.
Setarea datei
Afajul LCD q v arat data, dac apsai butonul S r.
Astfel setai data:
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Pe afajul LCD q apare TIME SETUP. Apsai , buto-
nul t, pentru a schimba pe DATE SETUP. Confrmai cu
butonul OK l.
4. Pe afaj clipete numrul corespunztor anului 2011.
Cu sau , butonul t, putei modifca anul. Confrmai
modifcarea cu butonul OK l. Cu sau , butonul t,
putei modifca acum luna. Confrmai cu butonul OK l.
Acum clipete afajul zilei, pe care o putei, de asemenea,
modifca cu sau , butonul t.
5. Pentru confrmare, apsai butonul OK l. Acum va aprea
din nou DATE SETUP.
Setarea contrastului
Setarea contrastului afajului se realizeaz n modul urmtor:
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.

Lumina de fundal
Putei seta timpul de luminare a fundalului afajului LCD q i
a butoanelor dup executarea unei comenzi. Amintii-v c
o durat de iluminare mai lung reduce durata de via a
bateriilor.
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Cu sau , butonul t selectai BACKLIT SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
4. Pe afajul LCD q clipesc secundele pentru timpul de ilumi-
nare rmas, secunde pe care le putei seta cu butoanele
t ntre 0 i 60. Dac selectai 0, iluminarea de
fundal este dezactivat.
5. Cu butonul OK l salvai setrile dorite. Acum va aprea
din nou BACKLIT SETUP.
Reglarea intensitii sonore globale / modului
silenios
Pentru a v scuti de apsarea unui buton de aparat de fecare
dat cnd dorii s modifcai sonorul sau s-l oprii de tot,
telecomanda efectueaz aceast comand numai pentru un
singur aparat. Dumneavoastr putei modifca setarea standard
i s alegei un alt aparat.
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai VOL/MUTE SETUP
i confrmai cu butonul OK l.
4. Afajul LCD q indic ALL VOL SET. Apsai butonul
OK l, afajul comut pe ALL VOL MODE.
5. Acum apsai butonul de aparat e corespunztor apara-
tului cruia dorii s-i modifcai volumul sonor.
6. Dac aparatul respectiv dispune de un sistem de reglare
a volumului sonor, se afeaz scurt SUCCESS (= reuit),
iar meniul dispare de pe ecran. Reglarea volumului sonor
va avea efect de acum nainte asupra aparatului ales de
dvs.
7. Dac aparatul respectiv nu dispune de sistem de reglare
a volumului sonor, telecomanda nu va permite aceast
selecie i va indica VOLUME ERROR (= eroare). i n
acest caz meniul va disprea de pe ecran. Reglarea volu-
mului sonor va avea efect n continuare asupra aparatului
de pn acum.
Putei, de asemenea, dezactiva reglarea volumului sonor
pentru anumite aparate.

1. Pentru aceasta selectai n VOL/MUTE SETUP cu sau
, butonul t, funcia MODE VOL SET i confrmai cu
butonul OK l.
2. Acum apsai butonul de aparat e pentru aparatul pe
care dorii s-l excludei. Afajul LCD q indic SUCCESS,
iar reglarea volumului sonor este dezactivat cnd tele-
comanda lucreaz n modul de operare al unuia dintre
aparatele selectate.
Putei revoca din nou setrile din VOL/MUTE SETUP.
1. Pentru aceasta selectai n VOL/MUTE SETUP cu sau
, butonul t, funcia VOL/MUTE RESET i confrmai cu
butonul OK l.
2. Afajul LCD q v solicit prin intermediul CONFIRM
RESET s confrmai cu butonul OK l. Apsai butonul
OK l, dac dorii s tergei setrile, iar afarea cuvn-
tului SUCCESS v confrm tergerea. Sau apsai butonul
EXIT y, pentru a ntrerupe tergerea.
Selectarea aparatului cu disc/band pentru
comanda direct
Putei selecta un aparat cu band sau cu disc, pe care l putei
opera cu butoanele de redare f fr a trebui s apsai n
prealabil butonul de aparat corespunztor e.
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Pe afajul LCD q apare TIME SETUP. Apsai buto-
nul t, pentru a comuta pe PLAYBACK SETUP. Confr-
mai cu butonul OK l.
4. Cu butonul sau t selectai numai aparatul care
trebuie s reacioneze la comenzile telecomenzii, dac
utilizai butoanele de redare f. Confrmai cu butonul
OK l.
5. Dac n locul unui aparat selectai OFF i confrmai
cu OK l, astfel oprii operarea direct. Dac selectai
RESET i confrmai cu butonul OK l, astfel activai
setarea din fabricaie prestabilit pentru aceast funcie.
6. Afajul LCD q indic SUCCESS i aparatul selectat
poate f acum operat cu tastele de redare f.
Setarea funciei Lock
Cu ajutorul funciei Lock, putei bloca accesul la toate meniurile
de setare.
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai LOCK SETUP i con-

Resetarea sistemului
Prin intermediul acestei funcii putei revoca alocarea tuturor
sau doar a anumitor butoane de aparate.
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai SYSTEM RESET i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
4. Cu butonul sau t putei selecta acum funcia dorit.
Pentru a terge alocarea (Cade) tuturor butoanelor de
aparate e, precum i toate datele privind Macros, tem-
porizator i funcii memorate, selectai ALL RESET i
confrmai cu OK l.
5. Pe afajul LCD q apare acum CONFIRM RESET.
Confrmai tergere cu OK l. Apoi, afajul q v arat
SUCCESS RESET. Informaiile amintite sunt acum terse
i meniul dispare.
6. Pentru a terge numai alocarea anumitor butoane e,
selectai MODE RESET i apsai butonul OK l.
Afajul LCD q indic acum MODE i v indic s ap-
sai un buton e a crui alocare dorii s o tergei. Apoi
este afat SUCCESS (= succes), apoi pe afajul LCD
apare din nou MODE. Dac este nevoie, apsai acum
i alte butoane e, pentru a le terge alocarea.
7. Sau putei prsi meniul prin apsarea butonului EXIT y
drcken.
Setarea temporizatorului
Telecomanda v ofer dou moduri de temporizare, pentru
oprire i pentru rezultate.
Temporizator de oprire
1. Apsai butonul e corespunztor aparatului dvs. (de ex.
VCR).
2. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.

Temporizator comenzi
Telecomanda dispune de 4 temporizatoare pentru comenzi, pe
care le putei programa s emit, la o or precis, comenzile
unor serii de combinaii de butoane.

Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai TIMER SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l. Pe afaj q apare TIMER

frmai cu butonul OK l.
3. Acum clipete ora, la care trebuie executat combinaia
de butoane dorit. Cu sau , butonul t, setai ora
dorit i apsai butonul OK l pentru confrmare.
4. Acum clipesc minutele, la care trebuie executat combi-
naia de butoane dorite. Cu sau , butonul t, setai
minutele dorit i apsai butonul OK l pentru confrmare.
5. Pe ecranul LCD q apare TIMER X KEY (X reprezint
temporizatorul dorit). Apsai acum butonul pentru aparatul
dorit e, iar apoi secvena dorit de comenzi de butoane.
6. Standard, comenzile temporizatorului sunt emise la inter-
vale de cte 1 secund. Deoarece unele aparate reacio-
neaz prea ncet, este posibil ca succesiunea comenzilor
temporizatorului s fe transmis prea repede ctre aparat.
Avei ns posibilitatea de a programa o pauz de 5 -
21 de secunde nainte de emiterea unei comenzi. Pentru
aceasta apsai, eventual repetat, butonul MACRO i.
n partea dreapt jos a afajului LCD q apare durata
pauzei actuale n secunde.
7. Apsai butonul S r, pentru a salva datele introduse i
pentru a reveni la meniul general pentru temporizatoare.
8. Procedai n mod analog pentru a programa i celelalte
temporizatoare.
9. Cnd temporizatoarele de comenzi sunt programate,
afajul LCD q arat simbolul pentru temporizator ,
n dreapta, lng ceas.
Indicaii
1. Pentru fecare temporizator pot f programate 14 butoane.
Dup introducerea celui de-al 14-lea buton, secvena este
salvat automat, iar pe afaj q va aprea FULL.
2. i n acest meniu, dac nu ai introdus nicio dat, dup
15 secunde aparatul revine la modul standard de afare.

apsai tasta OK l. Pe afajul cu LCD q apare TIMER
CLEAR.
2. Apsai tasta OK l. Afajul LED q comut
pe CONFIRM CLEAR.
3. Apsai din nou tasta OK l, pentru a terge temporiza-
torul. Afajul cu LCD q confrm tergerea prin indicaia
SUCCESS.
Setarea funciei de nvare
Telecomanda universal (TU) poate nva i salva semnale
ale butoanelor unei telecomenzi originale. Dac TU nu
funcioneaz dup aplicarea uneia dintre metodele de pro-
gramare ilustrate mai sus sau dac nu poate executa toate
comenzile, ncercai s nvai TU aceste comenzi cu ajutorul
telecomenzii/telecomenzilor originale.
Utilizai baterii noi pentru TU i pentru telecomanda origi-
nal.
Pstrai o distan de cel puin un metru fa de alte surse
de lumin. Sursele de lumin pot perturba transferul undelor
infraroii.
Aezai TU i telecomanda original pe o suprafa plan,
la o distan de 20 - 50 de mm una fa de cealalt, astfel
nct diodele laser 2) ale celor dou telecomenzi s fe
ndreptat una spre cealalt.
Indicaii
1. Nu utilizai urmtoarele butoane pentru funcia de nvare:
toate butoanele de aparate e, MACRO i, butonul S r,
EXIT y.
2. Dac la nvare, n timp ce este afat LEARNING (nv-
are) nu se apas niciun buton al telecomenzii originale n
30 de secunde, meniul de nvare este terminat. Acest mod
nu poate f terminat prin apsarea unui buton de pe TU.
3. Memoria poate nmagazina n total 150 de comenzi
pentru diferite butoane. Dac memoria este plin, afajul
LCD q indic LEARN FULL, iar modul de nvare este
terminat.
4. Cu butonul EXIT y revenii la statusul precedent (excepie
la afarea LEARN KEY, resp. LEARNING).
Codul funciei de nvare
1. Apsai butonul de aparat e corespunztor aparatului
pentru care dorii s nvai telecomanda un cod de
butoane.
2. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai meniul LEARN
SETUP (nvare) i apsai apoi butonul OK l.
4. Pe afajul LCD q apare LEARN SET. Apsai apoi
butonul OK l. Pe afajul LCD q apare LEARN KEY

5. Apsai mai nti butonul de pe TU pe care dorii s-l
programai. Pe afajul LCD q apare LEARNING.
Telecomanda universal ateapt acum semnalul infrarou
de la telecomanda original.
Indicaie
Dac afajul nu comut pe LEARNING, nseamn c
ai selectat un buton pentru care nu se poate programa
un cod de butoane.
6. Deprtai unul de celalalt senzorii infraroii 2) ai celor
dou telecomenzi.
7. Acum inei apsat butonul dorit de pe telecomanda
original, pn cnd pe afajul LCD q al telecomenzii
universale apare SUCCESS sau LEARN ERROR.
8. Dac pe afajul LCD q apare SUCCESS (procedur
ncheiat cu succes), ncepnd cu pasul 5 putei programa
i alte butoane. Dac apare LEARN ERROR (procedur
euat), repetai procedura ncepnd de la pasul 5.
9. Pentru a ntrerupe/termina procesul de nvare, n timp
ce este afat LEARN SET apsai butonul EXIT y pn
cnd pe afajul LCD q apare modul normal de afare.
n timp ce este afat LEARN KEY, resp. LEARNING
nu executai nicio comand timp de 30 de secunde i
aparatul va nchide meniul.

SUCCESS. Toate butoanele programate au fost terse.

Setarea macrourilor
Cu funcia MACRO pot f executate pn la 16 comenzi
printr-o singur apsare de buton, adic mai multe comenzi
salvate anterior pot f executate cu un buton MACRO. Sunt
disponibile 6 locuri de salvare.
Programarea unui macrou
Pentru programarea unui macrou procedai n modul urmtor:

unul dup celalalt butoanele dorite (max. 16). Secvena
trebuie nceput prin apsarea unui buton de aparat e.
5. Standard, comenzile de macrouri sunt emise la intervale
de cte 1 secund. Deoarece unele aparate reacioneaz
prea ncet, este posibil ca succesiunea comenzilor de ma-
crouri s fe transmis prea repede ctre aparat. Avei ns
posibilitatea de a programa o pauz de 5 - 21 de secunde

a afajului LCD q apare durata pauzei actuale n secunde.
6. Cnd s-a ajuns la numrul maxim de comenzi de butoane,
afajul LCD q indic FULL.
7. Salvai cu butonul S r. Pe afajul LCD q apare MACRO
SETUP.
8. Dac pentru macroul pe care dorii s-l programai (pasul
3) selectai un loc de salvare deja ocupat, macroul existent
este suprascris.
9. Repetai apoi procedeul ncepnd cu pasul 3 pentru crea-
rea altor macrouri.
10. Cu butonul EXIT y mergei un pas nainte n meniu, cu
excepia cazului n care introducei comenzi de butoane.
Indicaii
1. Pentru un macrou pot f salvate maxim 16 comenzi de
butoane. Dup salvarea celei de-a 16-a comand pe
afajul LCD q apare FULL.
2. Pentru a prsi modul fr a salva, nu executai nici o
comand cca 15 secunde.
3. n modul MACRO STEP cu butonul S r putei reveni la
statusul anterior.
Exemplu: dorii s salvai un ir de comenzi ntr-un macrou.
ncepem n modul MACRO STEP.
ir de comenzi dorit: pornire TV => PAUZ => comutare pe
ieire AV => pornire DVD => PAUZ => rulare DVD.
n modul MACRO STEP introducei urmtoarea comand

Executare macrou
Pentru executarea unui macrou programat anterior, procedai
astfel:
1. Apsai butonul MACRO i.
2. Cu butonul numeric o corespunztor apelai macroul
dorit (1-6). Exemplu: dac dorii executarea macroului 3,

Pentru tergerea tuturor macrourilor programate anterior,
procedai astfel:

Apare CODE SETUP.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai MACRO SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l. Pe ecran apare MACRO
SETUP 1.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai MACRO CLEAR i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
4. Pe afajul LCD q apare CONFIRM CLEAR (confrmare
tergere). Confrmai tergerea cu butonul OK l. Pe af-
ajul LCD q apare SUCCESS. Macrourile au fost terse
i meniul dispare de pe ecran.
Indicaii
1. Dac pe LCD q apare CONFIRM CLEAR, putei ntre-
rupe tergerea cu butonul EXIT y.
2. Nu este posibil tergerea separat a macrourilor, ci
doar suprascrierea acestora.
Canale favorite
Indicaie
Cu aceast funcie putei salva canalul preferat la favorite.
Programarea canalelor favorite
Canalul favorit se salveaz astfel:
1. Apsai butonul pentru aparatul e pentru care dorii s
salvai un canal favorit.
2. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
Apare CODE SETUP.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai FAV CH SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l. Pe ecran apare FAV CH
SETUP 1.
4. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai locul de salvare dorit
(FAV CH SETUP 1 - 4) i confrmai cu butonul OK l.
5. Pe afajul LCD q apare FAV CH STEP. Apsai acum
unul dup cellalt butoanele (max. 4) pentru apelarea
canalului dvs. favorit.
6. Cnd s-a ajuns la numrul maxim de comenzi de butoane,
afajul LCD q indic FULL.
7. Salvai cu butonul S r. Pe afajul LCD q apare FAV CH
SETUP.
8. Dac pentru canalul favorit pe care dorii s-l programai
(pasul 4) selectai un loc de salvare deja ocupat, canalul
existent este suprascris.
9. Repetai paii pentru salvarea altor canale favorite.
10. Cu butonul EXIT y mergei un pas napoi n meniu, cu
excepia cazului n care introducei comenzi de butoane.

Introducerea numrului canalului poate varia n funcie de
model i marca aparatului selectat. Pentru numerele formate
din 2 cifre trebuie s apsai mai nti butonul a.
Apelarea canalelor favorite
Pentru apelarea unui canal favorit salvat anterior, apsai
butonul FAV/EPG 1( urmat de butonul numeric corespunztor
pentru locul de salvare dorit (1 - 4).

Pentru tergerea tuturor canalelor favorite programate anterior,
procedai astfel:
1. inei apsat butonul S r pentru mai mult de 3 secunde.
2. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai FAV CH SETUP i
confrmai cu butonul OK l. Pe ecran apare FAV CH
SETUP 1.
3. Cu sau , butonul t, selectai FAV CH CLEAR i
confrmai cu butonul OK l.
4. Pe afajul LCD q apare CONFIRM CLEAR (confrmare
tergere). Confrmai tergerea cu butonul OK l. Pe af-
ajul LCD q apare SUCCESS. Canalele favorite au fost
terse i meniul dispare de pe ecran.
Indicaii
1. Dac pe LCD q apare CONFIRM CLEAR, putei ntre-
rupe tergerea cu butonul EXIT y.
2. Nu este posibil tergerea separat a canalelor favorite,
ci doar suprascrierea acestora.
Reglarea intensitii sonore
Vol +/, (mod silenios)
Apsai butonul VOL + pentru a mri intensitatea sonor.
Cu butonul VOL reducei intensitatea sonor. Pentru mo-
dul silenios, apsai butonul h. Dac apsai din nou
acest buton, sunetul pornete din nou.
Dac nu ai setat niciun alt aparat ca aparat int pentru re-
glarea global a intensitii sonore, la apsarea butoanelor
VOL +/ j ale telecomenzii reacioneaz, standard, setrile
de intensitate sonor ale televizorului, indiferent ce tast e a
fost apsat nainte. Acest lucru nu este valabil pentru apara-
tele AMP, DVD, ASAT i DSAT, deoarece se pleac
de la premisa c aceste aparate dispun de un sistem propriu
de reglare a intensitii sonore.
Despre operare
> Pentru a comanda cu telecomanda universal unul dintre
aparatele programate, apsai mai nti butonul e pentru
aparatul respectiv.

> Apoi ndreptai telecomanda universal spre acest aparat
i apsai butonul dorit.
> Utilizai butoanele numerice o la fel ca cele ale teleco-
menzii originale. nainte de a introduce o combinaie de
dou cifre, apsai butonul a.
> Apsai butonul FAV/EPG 1(, pentru a porni ghidul de
programe al unui aparat care deine aceast funcie.
> Dac apsai butonul S r, n partea dreapt de jos a
afajului LCD q va aprea data timp de 10 secunde.
> Dac inei apsat unul dintre butoanele de aparate e,
n partea dreapt de jos a afajului LCD q va aprea
codul activ pentru acest aparat.
> Cu butonul MENU k apelai fereastra pentru setrile
respectivului aparat.
> Apsai butonul de iluminare d, pentru dezactivarea
iluminrii ecranului, resp. butoanelor.
Toate OPRITE
Indicaii:
Cu butonul ALL OFF (toate oprite) w se pot opri au-
tomat toate aparatele active. Aceast funcie poate, de ase-
menea, porni aparate stinse n momentul apsrii butonului
(n funcie de aparat). Pentru aceasta inei apsat cteva se-
cunde butonu ALL OFF w. Poate dura pn la 10 secunde
pn ce sunt oprite toate aparatele. Acest lucru funcioneaz
n urmtoarele condiii:
1. Dac ntre toate aparatele i telecomanda universal
exist contact vizual.
2. Dac nu sunt active cutarea automat a codului, cutarea
codului mrcii i funcia MACRO.
3. Dac aparatele respective pot f oprite de la telecomand.
Pentru pornirea automat a aparatelor, inei din nou apsat
butonul w pn ce pornesc toate aparatele.
Curarea i ngrijirea
Atenie!
Asigurai-v c la curarea telecomenzii n aceasta
nu se va infltra umezeal! n caz contrar telecomanda
poate suferi daune iremediabile!
> Curai carcasa aparatului numai cu un prosop puin
umed i un detergent slab.
> Pstrai telecomanda ntr-un mediu corespunztor specif-
caiilor din datele tehnice.
> nainte de a o pune la pstrare scoatei bateriile din tele-
comand, pentru a evita scurgerea acestora i defectarea
telecomenzii.

Defeciuni / remedii
Aparatul dvs. nu rspunde la comenzile telecomenzii.
> Verifcai bateriile. Trebuie s aib sufcient tensiune i s
fe aezate corect.
> Ai apsat butonul e corect pentru aparatul pe care dorii
s-l utilizai?
> Verifcai dac acest aparat a fost programat cu codul
corect (vezi seciunea Setarea codului).
Telecomanda nu transmite corect comenzile.
> Apsai butonul e pentru aparatul corespunztor pentru
a comuta telecomanda n modul corect.
> Bateriile trebuie s aib sufcient tensiune i s fe aezate
corect.
> Este posibil s utilizai un cod fals. Pornii cutarea pentru
codul mrcii, cutarea automat a codului sau introducei
codul manual.
> Telecomanda nu comut transmitorul pe aparat.
> Apsai butonul e pentru aparatul corespunztor pentru
a comuta telecomanda n modul corect.
> Dac telecomanda original nu conine butonul -/- -,
schimbai programele cu butoanele P+/ u sau cu
butoanele numerice o.
> Dac nici acum nu funcioneaz, poate este activat
protecia pentru copii a aparatului.
Anumite butoane ale telecomenzii universale nu
funcioneaz corect.
> Este posibil ca telecomanda universal s nu posede toate
funciile telecomenzii originale.
> Probabil nu ai programat codul corect. Cutai un cod
care suport mai multe funcii ale aparatului.
Telecomanda nu reacioneaz dup apsarea unui
buton.
> Bateriile trebuie s aib sufcient tensiune i s fe aezate
corect.
> ndreptai telecomanda universal spre aparat.
Pe aajul LCD q nu apare nimic.
> Bateriile trebuie s aib sufcient tensiune i s fe aezate
corect.
> Contrastul este prea redus. Mrii valoare setrii.
Eliminarea aparatelor uzate
Nu aruncai aparatul sub nicio form n
gunoiul menajer obinuit. Acest produs cade
sub incidena directivei europene 2002/96/EC

Telecomand universal
Eliminai telecomanda universal sau componentele aces-
teia printr-o frm de reciclare autorizat sau la instalaia
local de eliminare a deeurilor.
Respectai reglementrile actuale n vigoare. n caz de
dubii, luai legtura cu instalaia local de reciclare
Bateriile/acumulatoarele
Bateriile / acumulatoarele nu se elimin mpreun cu
resturile menajere.
Bateriile pot conine substane nocive care pot afecta mediul

Orice utilizator are obligaia legal de a preda bateriile /

Garantia & service-ul
Pentru acest aparat se acord o garanie de 3 ani ncepnd
cu data cumprrii. Aparatul a fost produs cu grij i verifcat
cu scrupulozitate naintea livrrii. Pstrai bonul de cas pentru
a dovedi cumprarea. Dac avei solicitri privind garania,
contactai telefonic centrul dumneavoastr de service. Numai
astfel poate f asigurat o expediere gratuit a produsului
dumneavoastr.
Garania acoper numai defectele de material sau de fabrica-
ie, nu i deteriorrile rezultate n urma transportului, piesele
de uzur sau deteriorrile aprute la componentele fragile,
de ex. comutatoare sau acumulatoare.
Aparatul este destinat numai pentru uz privat i nu pentru o
utilizare profesional. n cazul manevrrii abuzive sau ne-
corespunztoare, uzului de for i interveniilor care nu au
fost realizate de ctre fliala noastr autorizat de service,
garania i pierde valabilitatea.
Drepturile dumneavoastr legale nu sunt limitate prin aceast
garanie.
Perioada de garanie nu este prelungit dup realizarea
