which was recovered by the police authorities and presently in the custody of the Exhibit
Custodian RAIDSOTG at Camp Delgado Region Office No.6 and subject of Criminal Case
No. _____ now pending in RTC Branch __, _______ City;
4) That the said property are not instruments or tools for the commission of any offense nor in the
process thereof;
5) That I have caused the said property to be photographed and certified by the police custodian
as accurately representing the same;
6) That should the said vehicle be needed in the course of the hearing/trial of this case, I
undertake to deliver and surrender it to the custody of the proper government agency or court;
7) That sometime in February 2014, my request for release of recovered articles was
recommended to be approved by the Investigating Prosecutor _________________, said
approval;
8) That this affidavit is executed in order to attest to the veracity of the averments stated herein
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
