March 2013-present: Integration & Start-Up Engineer - Applied Materials
Integration and NPI installations and field upgrades of Defect Review tools (based on SEM technology):
Tests and troubleshoots system level and component level problems in electro-optical systems.
Develop and implement department procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in system qualification processes: testing of new HW, SW, mechanical parts and sensors impacts on the
system; Data collection in many aspects and analyzing the results into detailed reports.
Perform complex electro-optical technical functions and activities such as test, modification, troubleshooting and
assembly of electronics and electro-optical systems.
In charge of the training and certification upon the team; Develop long term training plans and implement; Prioritizing
training subjects focus, working with R&D to develop the right syllabus for training sessions.
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects coordinated with several departments in order to plan, initiate and
implement whole processes improvement, based on the Kaizen theory.

2012-2013: HW Design Verification Engineer - Microsemi
In charge of initial HW& Embedded Software verification, mainly IEEE.802.3 standard verification:
Testing Analog / Embedded MCU: logical functionality, RTL in high level, noise.
Communication protocols testing: UART, I2C analyzed link traffic error rate using SmartBit.
Developed: testing analog circuits, STPs and testing methodologies.
Participation and found bugs presentation in a weekly bugs reporting meeting with R&D team.
Testing Electrical characteristics: Ripples, temperature mapping, transient response, efficiency.

2011-2012: System Integrator - Orbotech
Testing and Integration of PCB Automatic optical inspection systems:
Optics calibration and digital Image process inspection.
Testing of system functionality and image quality factors in order to ensure successful integration of
PCB AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) tools.
Writing STPs and maintaining of existing documents.
Quality Assurance: documentation of repeating errors and implementation of procedures fixes accordingly.

2010-2011: Field Technician - G-nius (IAI & Elbit Company)
Integration of UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle):
Electrical and mechanical testing in order to identify unstable system behaviors.
Examine and suggest ways to improve unit and sub-systems.
Installations and testing of wireless communication systems on the unit.
Academic Projects:
2014: SPIHT algorithm development (Image Compression) - HIT
Implementation of 'Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees' as part of Advance Signal Processing course assignment in
Matlab. The algorithm provided highly efficient image compression using wavelets.

2013: Embedded Microprocessor (Cyclone IV, Altera) development - HIT
The microprocessor's functions:
- Compiler: receive assembler commands through a serial data input communication and executes.
- RAM: storage result in a specified location in an internal ram.
- UART: communication protocol.

2012: Energy Harvesting MEMS components review - TRIZ conference in Cyprus
Presentation of my research about Energy Harvesting components innovations.

2013: Development of force sensing keyboard for wide range of disabilities - Milbat
Developed a prototype of a system designed for wide range of disabilities as musicale therapy instrument, which includes:
- Analog board design.
- Programming micro-controller (PIC).
- Plug & Play USB communication.
