Responsibilities:

Implemented complex business requirement for generating monthly statement in backend using
efficient stored procedures and flexible functions, and facilitated easy implementation to the
front end application.

The aim of this project was to Design an Automated ETL Solution for HRMS Data Migration. The
requirement was Client use to provide the Data in different sources like (Text / Excel / CSV / XML) in a
FTP on a daily or weekly basis, which contains the employee information and which has to be migrated
to SQL Server Database as per the business rules in the application.

Responsibilities:

Understanding and Profiling the Client Database, and documented requirement specifications.
Extract, Transform and Load source data into respective target tables to build the required data
marts.
Requirements gathering and preparing the specifications for the client according to the
application requirements.
Verifying the data sent from the customer to check if it is as per the application requirements or
not.
Involved in writing the stored procedures, Triggers and User Defined functions in SQL Server for
Data Validation and Data Loading.
Implemented an Automated ETL Solution which will automatically load the data from source
files to SQL Server database tables.
Scheduling and Monitoring the ETL Packages for daily load in SQL Server job Agent.
