This is reference to the discussion and your above offers reference we are hereby pleased to place the
Purchase order for Motors along with the following Terms and Conditions:

5%)/CLASS F INSULATION/IP 55, AMB TEMP 50 DEG. C AS PER IS 325 & IS 12615
INDUCTION FOOT MOUNTED MOTOR . EFF -1

Note : 1) Motor to be manufacture as per Approved GA Drawing , Data sheet, QAP &

2) Routine Test to be witness client / Consultant at your
works.
3) Price will remain firm till the execution of this order .
Terms & Conditions:
Price Basis: F.O.R. upto our Howrah Jangalpur Works.
Excise Duty: Extra as applicable.
VAT: Extra @ 5%
Payment: 20% advance & balance 45 PDC days against proforma invoice before despatch.
Delivery: Within 6 Weeks free at our Howrah Jangalpur Works.
Inspection: On the readiness of the material, you have to submit us your formal inspection call along
with all the test certificate as per approved QAP. Your inspection call should contain the detail address for
inspection with name & mobile number of contact person.
Inspection will be carried out by us or our client/consultant or by approved third party at your works.
Guarantee Clause: Guarantee shall be effective for 18 months from date of commissioning and 24
months from the date of supply whichever is earlier.
Please send us Routine Test, Type Test & guarantee certificate along with the material.
If the material is found to be of poor quality then you have to replace it immediately.

Despatch Instruction: After getting inspection clearance from our client/consultant, Material
Despatch Clearance Certificate (MDCC) will be given by SCTPL to you to despatch the material
to SCTPLs designated address.

Notes:

1) The material should be manufactured strictly as per the Technical Specifications, approved
Data Sheet & approved drawing. No deviation will be permissible at any stage.
2) Minimum 15 days prior intimation is required for inspection by us or our client/consultant or
third party.
3) If any discrepancies arise at the time of inspection the same should be rectified /replaced by
you without any price implication on us.
