undersigned and any person or entity with which it has contracted for any portion of the labor or materials supplied pursuant to
the undersigned's contract referenced above or claiming under or through the undersigned, may now or in the future have against
the Owner of the Property or its affiliated companies, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, representatives,
sureties, trustees, successors and assigns or against the Property or against the monies due or to become due on account of or in
any way connected with labor, services and materials furnished on the Property through the date of this affidavit.
