Abstract
For the preparation of this paper, we were immersed in the vacation plans and
business trips that we do. It was very interesting for us to know the details of planning
the trip such as departure times and routes.
It is necessary to investigate the place we are going to visit, how long the journey
it will take, local climate and learn about the people with whom we will share our leisure
time. This paper aims to show an uncomplicated way how to comply social events while
enjoying other activities during the trip.
It is recommended to pack only what is necessary to keep luggage lightweight
without forgetting important stuff like laptops cables, phone and meetings agenda
because it can be a hard time without them. Always remember to enjoy your trips even
though they are only for work.
Key words: plans, vacation, business, luggage.
