In at least 125 words, explain why we should allow you to join ArmA 3 Life:
I believe I would be a great addition to the ArmA 3 Life community because I enjoy role-playing
tremendously, and in doing so, take remaining in character extremely seriously. I have never had a
problem following server rules and I commit whole-heatedly to my character/story. If the scenario
requires a lengthy monologue detailing the metaphysical meaning of ArmA Life, or even an intense
reaction to a bank robbery that is happening before my very eyes, you can count on me to do so. I am a
team player in all sense of the phrase, and am willing to do anything to create a feeling of immersion.
My intentions are to become a staple in the community and hopefully one day, apply to the PD,
enforcing the laws of the land.
In at least 150 words, tell us why you want to join ArmA 3 Life:
I find great joy in role-playing as a law-abiding citizen, and have done so, typically unprompted, in
games such as DayZ, Rust, ArmA 3 Altis Life and ArmA 3 Breaking Point. Leveraging my experience
as a role-player, ArmA 3 Life provides a unique platform for seemingly endless possibilities. Scenarios
such as working as a Taxi Driver to make an honest wage to bring home to the family or perhaps
harvesting illegal drugs to reap accelerated profits, teetering on the fringe of society always looking
over my shoulder for the sight of police. These possible scenarios bring me great joy and elation simply
thinking about the opportunities to fulfill such tasks. Even the smallest of details are pleasant to me,
such as obeying traffic laws or taking pride in an adopted trade of choice. Ever since discovering ArmA
3 Life on various streams, I knew I wanted to be apart of the sensation. I want to get to a point were
everyone knows me by my first name, eventually applying for roles of greater responsibility.
Give us a background of your RP character in at least 200 words:

Life is unforgiving for most individuals, forcing them to work jobs they hate and partner with humans
they can't stand. But for a few men, life is a sandbox of endless possibilities, with only desire shaping
their roles and wants. Burt Macklin is one of those men. Mr. Macklin grew up in the heart of Los
Angeles with his only brother, William, raised by their widowed mother, Maria Macklin. Burt and
William lost their father at the ages of 7 and 5, respectively. To this very day, an explanation of their
fathers death had yet to be provided. Their mother explained to them that she suspected their father,
Richard Macklin was living a double life, as several signs indicated that he was dabbling in dangerous
illegal activities like cocaine and human trafficking, that ultimately got the best of him. This
assumption was left imprinted in Burt's mind, shaping his character and attitude towards the world
around him. From a young age, growing up fatherless left a big hole in Burt's life. As a teenager, he
turned to quick thrills and cheap girls, feeding an angst he would not understand for years to come. At
the age of 15, he had earned the respect of the local drug dealers and pimps, frequently utilizing their
services in return for referral business. As much as Maria wanted this behavior to subside, knowing
nothing good could come from it, Burt was a train with no breaks, and nothing seemed to stop him
from doing what he wanted to do. Demonstrating a carelessness for his own life and a need to live fast,
at the age of 17 he dropped out of high school without notice to pursue a life of crime, partnering up
with local cocaine dealers, who promised a life of wealth and respect. Before he knew it, he was
addicted to his own product and the exuberant amount of money that came from selling it. Now 22
years old, managing his own operation, Burt was on his way to Columbia for a quality assurance test
and a consultation with a new supplier. Via private jet, Burt arrived at Ricardo Escobars' mansion,
greeted with the luxuries not even a king had the pleasure to enjoy. Women on gold platters enticing
him, mountain high piles of cocaine and heroin, and the respect of everyone around him. As he was
ushered to the meeting room, Burt became weary and suspicious. Something was off. He sat down in
the gold platted dinning chair, immediately regretting his decision to do so, as his vision began to blur
and slow down. The new supplier didn't exist, this was a setup, he thought to himself. The next thing he
knew, CIA badges and Desert Eagles crowded the room. Burt, you don't know how much we've
longed for this day, said the agent in a thick country accent with his badge reading Timothy Connor.
You've earned quite the rapport in a short amount of time and the agency is impressed . . . that being
said, we would like to offer you a proposition said Timothy, with all the arrogance and pride the US
government has injected into him. Burt had no choice but to listen. We want you to work for us, we
think you would be a great addition to the force and could help us bring down some of the most
ruthless drug traffickers in the world. Burt smiled with in-explainable pleasure. If you refuse this
offer, we will be arresting you for cocaine trafficking, conspiracy and a whole mess of felony charges
that will put you behind bars for the rest of your life. The choice is simple . . . work for us or waste
your life away in a nine by twelve cell with your new boyfriend Pablito said the CIA agent. Burt with
a shit eating grin on his face, looked up at the prick in front of him, pausing for only a moment. I can't
believe it took you guys this long. When do I start?, boasted Burt with is raspy voice and grizzled
look, matching the initial arrogance of Tim. Once again, Burt had received exactly what he wanted
even at great lengths. Burt Macklin had proven to the world that he is and always will be an
unstoppable force that takes life by the balls and forms his own destiny at the price of others. Best stay
out of his way.
