SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, FLORA CRISTOBAL DAGDAGAN, of legal age, single, Filipino and currently


residing and working in New York, United States of America do hereby name, appoint
and constitute PILAR CRISTOBAL SORIANO (Filipino, married and resident of 4 E
Luna St. Extension, Tuguegarao City Cagayan) as my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact,
for which they are authorized to perform the following, to wit:
1.

To file the appropriate adverse claim on the lot covered by TCT No. 0322013004359 which I purchased from Rizza B. Fuensalida also known as Rizza
Fuensalida-Liquigan ;

2.

To represent me in instituting, filing and pursuing up to its finality a civil


and /or criminal case against said person;

3.

To make and send demands and represent me in instituting, filing and


pursuing up to its finality any action that may arise from the said demand, action
and/or issue, and any remedies that are thereto related;

4.

To verify and certify pleadings, complaints or sign documents necessary for


the institution, continuance and pursuance of the said action, other actions
and/or remedies thereto related;

5.

To represent me in the barangay conciliation, preliminary conference and/or


pre-trial and/or in the mediation/arbitration proceedings of the actions which will
be and theretofore instituted;

6.

To make any stipulations and/or enter into an amicable settlement and/or a


compromise agreement pertaining thereto;

7.

To sign, receive, secure and/or release documents necessary for the


foregoing functions and duties in all government agencies, public or private offices,
entities and including the court where the case(s) will be filed.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power
and authority to do whatever act necessary and proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully as to all intents and purposes as I might or could have lawfully done
if personally present; and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-infact may do by virtue of these presents.
