Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating leads and supporting new
business revenue to The Big Education Group Sdn. Bhd. Leading part of dedicated sales team, the
BDM will have his / her own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors. He / she will
be responsible for developing a sale contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding to
procurement led ROI and pitching to small and medium sized clients and to oversee overall the
sales and marketing activities.
