Chestionar Autoreglare

The document discusses self-regulation questionnaires that assess individual differences in motivation. It describes four types of behavioral regulation based on how internalized the motivation is: external, introjected, identified, and integrated. The Self-Regulation Questionnaires measure these different types of motivation for specific behaviors or domains. Scoring involves calculating subscale scores for each type of motivation as well as a Relative Autonomy Index that weights subscales based on level of internalization. The document provides examples of questionnaires for academic motivation, prosocial behavior, treatment, learning, exercise, religion, and friendship.
