Thank you for applying to The Cooper Unions Albert Nerken School
of Engineering.
Please ensure you complete the required Engineering Part II Questionnaire
and submit it to the Office of Admissions by the specific deadline date
(see below). Your application for admission will not be reviewed for a decision
until this information is received.
THE DEADLINE DATES FOR THE COMPLETED
PART II QUESTIONNAIRE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Early Decision applicants: Friday, December 5, 2014
Regular Decision applicants: Monday, January 19, 2015
Transfer applicants: Monday, January 19, 2015
This document contains the questionnaire for both first year and transfer
applicants. Please complete and submit the appropriate Part II Questionnaire.
Once you have submitted your answers, changes are not permitted.
After saving a copy for your own records, please forward the completed
Part II Questionnaire via e-mail (preferred method) or mail.
