Note : For the students of M.A. English, M.Com. and M.Sc. Mathematics I & II year, Week-end Classes will be arranged on
extra payment of Rs. 600/- through a separate DD. If less than 50 students are enrolled for the course, the arrangement of week end classes will not take place.
8. ENCLOSURES TO THE APPLICATION FORM
The following documents must be attached with the Application form. Any lapse in this connection may result in delay in
finalization of the Admission and / or rejection of the application.
a) Demand Draft in favour of the Director, PGRR Centre for Distance Education, O.U. for a sum as shown in the Fee
Structure and payable at Hyderabad. All the demand drafts should be taken from any Nationalised Banks only.
b) Four Passport size photographs taken recently. Three Photographs should be affixed to the application
form, Student Identification card and Index card and enclose one photograph with the Application
Form and write your name on the back side of the photograph which is enclosed.
c) S.S.C. Intermediate and B.B.A./B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.E./B.Tech. Degree Certificate Original with One Photostat
copy, (Originals will be returned soon after admission).
d) Original with One photostat copy of the Marks Memo of Qualifying examination (B.B.A. / B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com./
B.E. / B.Tech Degree Examination). (Originals will be returned soon after admission).
e) Transfer Certificate in original, from the college last studied. (NOT RETURNABLE for P.G. Courses).
f)

In case of SC / ST / BC enclose a Photostat copy of Caste Certificate. In case of Physically Handicapped (PHC)
enclose a Photostat copy of Certificate.

g) One self addressed stamped envelope 14 x 10 (with Rs.60/- affixed) to return the original certificates by Registered
post of the candidates who are sending the application by post.
