Dear Mr.Dilpazir Advocate Legal Advisor Mr.Khurram Iqbal.


I am directed by Mr.Khurram Iqbal Director (IIUIC) having an additional par
time business of Hoarding Bill Boards i-e Diamond AD (after hiring my
services for serving you this notice)
The points of the notice are as under
1: That my client is serving this notice with great sorrow and grief because
you were appointed as a legal advisor for IIUI School and college along with
his other side business of billboards in the name of Diamond Ad.
2: That you know very well your first meeting was held in office of my client,
and he appointed you as legal advisor including his side business Diamond
AD.
3: That while an issue arose between my client his other business partner
Atif Nadeem,My client called upon you to have the legal assistance regarding
the matter.
4: That my client visited your office and astonishingly saw that the other
party was already discussing the matter with you.
5: Anyhow after a long discussion the matter was resolved and was written
by you dully signed by you and both the parties and promised to send the
copy of that written statement to my client but you did not send even you
destroyed it without any discussion/consent with my client. It shows clearly
you malifide intension and professional misconduct.
6: That then and there my client directed you just to work for IIUIS/C, Future
Signs(New advertise Firm)and other business of my client and not allowed to
work his past business Diamond Ad
7: That My clients ex Business partner sent a legal notice to my client, for
which he remained calling upon you to give time and discuss with him but in
vain.

8: that after few days Mr.Atif Nadeem filed a suit in a civil court for
permanent injunction against my client and he again called you many time
but you did not attend to him. After a lot of approach after two day you
respond and said I will call tomorrow but did not.
9: That on the call of third person who told that my client should attend the
office of Dilpazir round about 9: o clock P.M.
10: That my client reach your office 2(two) hours before the due time to
discusses the real picture of the matter with you because you have not seen
the legal notice and court summon.
11: that my client along with me saw that you were fully engaged with Atif
Nadeem already present there and fully supporting his cause that you left no
stone unturned to damage the cause of my client as well as your client.
12: That you did not give weight to the written minutes of meeting duly
sign by my client and his ex partner regarding the partnership deed, you
kept it aside and you yourself tried to enforce a draft of an affidavit by Atif
nadeem showing him the partner of my client in the college business without
any proof.
Thus all of above are sufficient proof that whatsoever my
client has already been paying regularly to you for your services to protect
his cause/and his business went in vain.
This show cause notice is served upon you to show cause that why the
matter should not be sent to Punjab Bar Counsel along with cancellation of
your appointment as legal advisor.
