Problem Identification
Based on helpdesk calls the past several semesters it has been determined that students need an easily accessible
orientation that introduces them to the Genesee Community College configuration of the Blackboard Learning
Management System.
Instructional Goal
To create an online course where students can learn basic navigation skills and familiarity with the Blackboard
environment.
Delivery Options
The entire module will be self-paced and delivered online.
