Senior Electrical Engineer:
Responsible for the design, integration, and release of wiring harnesses for trucks. Also, coordinate the development
of a small volume wire harness manufacturing facility to produce small prototype and small volume wiring harnesses.

ITT Industries, Monrovia, CA, 9/2009-01/2010


Cognizant Development Engineer:
Responsible for the design and integration of wiring harnesses and communication equipment racks for NASA's Jet
Propulsion Lab(JPL) Deep Space Network(DSN). Inspected current wiring for Antennas and equipment and
recommended replacement of harnesses. Interfaced with JPL engineering concerning wiring harnesses and racks.
Worked with drafting to update harness and rack prints. Released wiring harnesses and racks into JPL system.

Tri-Co Solutions contracted to Navistar/International Truck, Ft. Wayne, IN, 9/2008-8/2009


Electrical Engineer:
Responsible for the design and integration of wiring harnesses, power distribution systems, and power distribution
units on the M-ATV and MRAP military programs. Developed fusing and grounding strategy. Also, responsible for
the design and release of 12 volt DC and 24 DC battery systems. Also, responsible for design and integration of
C4ISR equipment, i.e. FBCB2, Sincgars, AN/VRC-110 radio, AN/VRC104V3 radio, ANVRC/111 radio, and MIK-
21-75(SATCOM on the move), DAGR , Duke IED Jammer, and Rhino II IED detection into M-ATV vehicle. Also,
integrated wiring harnesses and sourced connectors for C4ISR equipment. Supported all builds for M-ATV program.
Utilized Navistar’s 8-D process to resolve issues. Performed FMEA analysis on all harness designs. Worked with
harness supplier on quality issues. Traveled to supplier plants to resolve harness and connector issues.

G-Tech contracted to General Dynamics Land Systems, Sterling Heights, MI, 6/2008-8/2008
Wire Harness Engineer:
Responsible for the design and integration of wiring harnesses on the FCS program. Designed Flex-Bus Power Cables
and interfaced with engineers and suppliers on wiring issues. Utilized E-Cards, E-Start, Teamcenter, Intralink, Oracle,
and Visio.

Case New Holland, Burr Ridge, IL, 7/2007-6/2008


Electrical Engineer:
Designed and released wiring harnesses for construction equipment. Coordinated wire harness design and release for
skid steers, wheelloaders, and backhoes. Developed fusing and grounding strategy. Performed FMEA analysis on all
harness designs and PPAP’d harnesses. Developed root cause and resolution analysis for 8-D’s. Coordinated with
SQA on all harness and connector supplier quality issues. Worked with Six Sigma Quality Engineer to resolve all
harness and connector quality issues. Responsible for implementing new harness design process utilizing Pro-
Engineer Cabling, Pro-Engineer Diagram, Pro-Engineer Harness-MFG, and Mentor Graphics Vesys. Responsible for
developing timing for the design and release process of wiring harnesses. Develop common processes, standards, and
specifications across platforms. Oversaw engineers designing wiring harnesses. Supported all plants during build
process. Traveled to supplier plants to resolve quality issues.

Vantage Mobility International, Phoenix, AZ, 4/2007-6/2007


Senior Electrical Engineer:
Responsible for the development of electrical systems for wheelchair accessible vehicles.

TAC Automotive contracted to Daimler-Chrysler, Auburn Hills, MI, 7/2006-4/2007


Wire Harness Engineer:
Responsible for the design and integration of wiring harnesses on RT/RM mini-van programs. Interfaced with
suppliers and various engineering departments on wiring harness issues. Interfaced with manufacturing on assembly
issues. Released harnesses into Chrysler’s Change system. Supported all builds. Resolved all E-CIMs(8-D) issues
associated with wiring harnesses. Developed FMEA’s for harnesses on RT/RM minivan programs. Reworked wiring
harnesses also.

Roush Industries, Allen Park, MI, 5/2005-5/2006


Development Engineer:
Responsible for the development of hybrid electric system and electrical wiring harnesses on the FTTS-UV Military
program. Also, responsible for AC Power distribution design and integration with Hybrid System. Also, responsible
for the design of high voltage wiring harnesses for hybrid electric equipment. Packaged all hybrid electric equipment.
Routed and designed high voltage wiring harnesses. Sourced all high voltage and low voltage connectors for Military
Vehicle and Hybrid Electric System.

MSX International contracted to Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, MI 8/2004-5/2005


MCR Electrical Engineer:
Responsible for the development and implementation of Material Cost Reduction Ideas to the electrical system and
wiring harnesses on the Ford Focus. Coordinated all changes with design engineering and manufacturing.
Implemented and tracked all changes in WERS. Supported vehicle builds at Ford's Hermosillo Mexico and Wayne
assembly plants.

Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Marysville, OH 7/2003-3/2004


Electrical Engineer:
Designed wiring harnesses utilizing CATIA. Performed design checks and interfaced with Honda engineers on design
issues. Coordinated with manufacturing on issues. Team leader on the 2004 and 2005 Acura MDX.

A.T.S.I Contracted to G.M., Warren, MI 10/2002-5/2003


Design Engineer:
Designed prototype wiring harnesses for the advanced vehicle-engineering group at General Motors. Utilized
prototype schematics and production wiring harness prints to design wiring harnesses. Designed wiring harness prints
on Visio CAD software. Interfaced with wire harness technicians on build issues.

Troy Design, Oak Park, MI 5/2002-10/2002


Designer/Engineer:
Contracted to American Sunroof Corporation on the Chevy SSR Program. Developed electrical schematics by tracing
circuits utilizing wiring harness prints. Designed mechanizations utilizing Mentor Graphics.

Peak Technical contracted to A.F.L., Allen Park, MI 9/2000-9/2001


Systems Engineer/Design Engineer:
Responsible for the systems engineering on the Ford Windstar program. Performed voltage drop, short circuit,
overcurrent, and resistance calculations. Recommended wire type and gauge utilizing calculations and charts.
Attended Ford P.M.T. and P.A.T. meetings. Utilized Transcable to draw schematics.
