He welcomed everyone to the meeting
Thanked the team for the efforts in industrial training
Suggested that open care day would run for two days instead of
three so that we minimize the budget and also contain the work
load.
Also suggested that open care day is not only repairing computers
for free but also capture new market

SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE THE DAY
COLORFUL
The teams should be strict about what computer to retain and not
accept very old computers that are beyond repair.
We should design new job cards to be used on open care day.
Develop a policy that clients should pick their computers three
days after the event, there the disclaimer on the new job cards
should include the new development
Every student should get a T-shirt so that they get motivated and
develop a sense of belonging later on advertise the company more

The team at the reception should identify the clients problems and
send them to the appropriate team
Students should be trained by the different team leaders according
to their competences two days before the event so as to avoid
disorganization.
The students tags should be customized with their names and
passport photos
The interns will be divided into two teams and each team will
work on one of the days
