Project Description
RegSite Application is used as secure store for regulatory information such as insurance
rules, forms, notices and documents.

Each application has features specific for its own target audience. All applications except CG
Admin are developed in .NET while CG Admin is written in ASP. The applications use SQL
2008 as database.
Tasks carried out as part of the migration project
The applications which were originally developed in .Net 1.1 Framework were
upgraded to .NET 3.5.
Their dependencies with Oracle Portal were removed and a new interaction structure
with SharePoint was designed. The applications were made to interact with
SharePoint for authorization, user information and content display
Content store for these applications was moved from Oracle Portal to SharePoint with
the help of IDERA tool

Project Description:
PMO Portal is a platform for easy and effective management of Cognizant associates working
for client. Managers and Leads can search, add, edit and delete details of resources working
under them. All other resources can view their project-related details and edit their personal
details. The application also allows bulk upload of resources. Managers can also
add/edit/delete project efforts. They can also visualize the efforts graphically. Weekly and
monthly reports of active and released resources can be generated. The application includes
an opportunity tracker, which helps managers keep track of new opportunities.
