3. Part Replacement
3.1 Probe Wipe
3.1.1 Purpose and Interval
In case of contamination or leaking, replace the probe wipe every 6 months.

3.1.2 Preparation

Power off the analyzer


and unplug the power cord

3.

Open the right side door

4.

Move the sampling module to the back of the analyzer

3.1.3 Removal
1Remove the probe wipe from the sampling module (Figure 1)
a)

Disconnect the two tubes from the probe wipe

b)

Pull the wipe downward to remove the probe wipe, as indicated by the arrow in
the figure below, and remove the wipe clip

c)

Separate the wipe from sampling module in the direction of arrow

d)

Get out the inlet and outlet pipe from the wipe

3.2 Air Filter


3.2.1 Purpose and Interval
In case that volumetric tube could not drain, replace air filter every 6 months.

3.2.2 Preparation
1Open the left and right side doors

3.2.3 Replacement
Separate the wipes from the filters ,and replace them

3.3 waste pump filter assembly


3.3.1 Purpose and Interval
In case of clog of probe wipe and P2 waste pump, replace waste pump filter assembly every 12 months.

3.3.2 Preparation
1Power off the analyzer
2Open the right side door.

3.3.3 Replacement
1Check the debris in the probe wipe filter. If the debris has accumulated for over 10mm, or it has
covered the whole filter screen, clean or replace the waste pump filter (Figure 6);

3.4 Isolation Chamber


3.4.1 Purpose and Interval
In case that the bath could not drain or clog of P2 waste pump, replace the isolation
chamber every 12 months.

3.4.2 Preparation
1Perform DIFF bathWBC bath and RBC bath draining. Power off the analyzer
2Open the right side door

3.4.3 Replacement
1Separate the isolation chamber assembly from the clamp
2Disconnect all pipes connected to the isolation chamberFigure 9

3.5 Diluent filter with tube


3.5.1 Purpose and Interval
Replace Diluent filter every 12 months or 30000 times.

2Open the left side door.

3.5.3 Replacement
Connect the filter according to the flow direction base on the letter FILTER from F to
R.
