In reference to our discussion with Mr. Menon, we are pleased to offer for 2T. Capacity Skid
Mounted Pumper Unit suitable to mount NORMET Multimac Chassis for Underground Charging.

The unit consists Stainless Steel Emulsion Matrix Bins with a volumetric capacity
Of 2 MT , Stainless steel Bin for Gassing Solution - 50 Ltrs., & Water - 100 Ltrs.
Emulsion Matrix will be Mixed/used at a predetermined rate using HMI & M
PLC with various Formulation option and to be charge into the Bore Hole
using Flexible Hose at a Flow Rate of 25-30 Kgs/Min( Max).

SPECIFICATIONS:
2.1 Pre-Mix Bin : Vertical Rectangular Bin to be fabricated from SS 3/4 mm
thick plates. The bottom of the Bin will be conical and fitted with Screw
Pump, complete with Manhole, Vent & support Bracket for mounting on skid.
Capacity : 6500 Kgs
2.2 Gassing Solution Tank : Vertical Rectangular Bin to be fabricated from SS 304 3
mm thick plates. The bottom of the Bin will have valve with strainer & connected to the
inlet of process pump. The bin will be completed with all necessary nozzle, Level
indicator, Vacuum Relief valve etc.
Capacity : 50 Ltrs.
2.3 Water Tank : Vertical Rectangular Bin to be fabricated from SS 304 3 mm thick
plates. The bottom of the Bin will have valve with strainer & connected to the inlet of
process pump. The bin will be completed with all necessary nozzle, Level indicator,
Vacuum Relief valve etc.
Capacity : 100 Ltrs.
2.4 Hose Reel :To be fabricated from SS 304 quality materials completed with Drive
Arrangement, Guide Roller and will accommodate 30-Mtrs. Of 1 Flexible Hose .
2.5 Static Mixer : To be fabricated from 2 NB Sch 10 Pipe with flanges and completed
with Pitched baffle & Scissors Type Baffles inside and GA injection nozzle.
2.6 Process Pumps :

a) RMCB 543 - Product Pump.


b) RDCA 414- GA & Water Pump.

All Process Pumps are Helical Screw Pump . Make: ROTOFLOW

2.12 Hydraulic System


a) Hydraulic Motor: Danfoss make LSHT Motors 4+1 ( Optional) Nos.
b) Control Valve : Danfoss make Electrical Proportional Valve Bank 4/5 .
c) Joy Stick Control for Hose Reel & Hydraulic Cylinder.
2.13 Instrumentation :
a) Siemens make PLC & HMI with Optional additional HMI for Remote operation.
b) Honesburg make 2Nos.Wheel Flow Meter for GA and Water.
c) Diaphragm Pressure Gauge for Product Pump.
2.14 Safety Features :
a) High/Low pressure Trip for Product Pump.
b) Temperature Controller( No Flow Sensor) For Product Pump.
c) Bursting Disc For Product Pump.
d) Inter Locking features for Product Outlet Valve.
2.15 Optional Item:
Cage Lift with Remoter Control- 120 Deg swing , 2 Mtr. UP from the Skid & 2 Mtr.
Forward Movement for UP hole Charging Facilities. It will also have remote HMI to
control the Charging operation.

PRICE : ` 18,75,000/- Ex- Works, Nagpur.


` 1,40,000/- For Optional Item as mentioned in 2.15.

4.0 TAXES & DUTIES : Extra as applicable at the time of Delivery. At present Excise Duty will be
10.3%, VAT @ 12.5% or CST @ 2% against Form C.
5.0 OPERATION CONTROLS: The total unit will be operated from the Control Panel using Siemen
PLC & HMI.
6.0 UNIT CONSTRUCTION: All contact parts will be Austenitic Grade Stainless Steel. Externally
Painted With 2 coats of Epoxy paint.

MODULE PLACEMENT: The customer shall be responsible to provide Normet Chassis


complete with Hydraulic System & Standard Work Shop for Mounting & testing ( Water
Trial)of the total PUMP TRUCK Unit on Chassis.
