I, Saidappa S/o Mr. Somalingappa Bijjararagi aged 34 years,


occ: Asst Credit Manager of Gulbarga branch, service of Shriram
Transport co ltd R/o Gulbaraga do hereby solemnly affirm and
sincerely state on oath as under.

I am the power of attorney holder of complainant company and
hence I know the facts of the case. The complainant company is filing
the above complaint against the accused for dishonor of cheque.

I further affirm and say that as per the decision of the Honble
Supreme court of India, this case came to be returned to this
complainant with a direction to file before Jurisdictional court on
13.11.14.

I further affirm and say that, I was required to present this
complaint before the jurisdictional court within 30 days from the date
order of return i.e. on or before 13.11.14. But I could not present this
complaint before this court in time since, more than 600 cases filed by
the complainant company were returned for presentation before the
jurisdictional courts and as such I was totally busy in the process of
filing such complaints before the Jurisdictional court. In this process
there is delay of _____ days in presenting this complaint. This delay
was neither intentional nor deliberate but for the aforesaid reason.

That being so the said delay may kindly be condoned and the
complainant be permitted to present this complaint before this
Honble court. If not this complainant institution would be put to
great loss, trouble and hardship
