operation as NESTLE VENDING OPERATOR in 2000. Amalinsya
Vendsystem Sdn. Bhd. established in 1999, operates the widest range of
machines in Malaysia, ranging from Hot & Cold cup drink machines to
canned drink.

We provide regular replenishment of quality ingredients, cleaning,
servicing and maintenance of vending as well as collection of sale
proceeds. Our company engaged in the service industry. We strongly feel
that customers can only be fully satisfied if the service remains

OF VENDING MACHINE
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) We shall provide and install the vending machine(s) in your companys


premises.
2) Our service involves regular replenishment, cleaning and maintaining
as well as collection of sales proceeds.

3) Whilst not held liable for any damages, you shall help us to look after
the machine/(s) to the best ability that you can.
4) The period of agreement shall be ONE YEAR; thereafter, it shall be
automatically renewed and allowed to run until such time when either
party gives one month notice of termination.
5) We shall be able to deliver the vending machine(s) three weeks after
your confirmation.
6) You shall be required to supply us with 13 Amps power socket & direct
water points (minimum pressure of 25 psi) before the installation of
our vending machine(s).
