Four people were charged in connection with a break-in and theft of three vehicles from an auto dealership. First Priority Auto Sales 52 E. Main Street, Thomasville, NC 27360

Thomasville police have charged four people in connection to a break-in where three vehicles
were stolen.
On Monday, December 7, 2015, officers responded to First Priority Auto Sales in reference to a
break-in. The owner reported someone forcibly entered through the front door and took keys to
several vehicles on the lot. Three vehicles totaling $27,400 were reported stolen.
At 12:17 p.m., the owner notified police that one of the stolen vehicles, a white 2001 BMW,
had just passed his business located at 52 E. Main Street with four people inside. Officers
located and stopped the BMW at the intersection of East and South Streets. Four people were
taken into custody.
A second stolen vehicle was recovered on South Street, Thomasville, and the third was
recovered in Winston Salem. Detectives were able to link the four individuals to the break-in
and the other two stolen vehicles from evidence gathered from the scene and suspects.
Dorothy Haithcock, 23, of 202 Kirkwood Avenue, Lexington, has been charged with three
counts of felonious larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor larceny, two counts
of misdemeanor possession of stolen property, and no operators license. Haithcock was also
served with an outstanding warrant for felonious breaking and entering. Haithcock received a
$30,000 secure bond and was placed in the Davidson County Jail.
Eric Brown, 22, 930 N. Patterson Avenue, Winston Salem, has been charged with three counts
of felonious larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor larceny, two counts of
misdemeanor possession of stolen property, and was also served with an outstanding warrant

for felonious breaking/entering and larceny. Brown received a $25,000 secured bond and was
placed in the Davidson County Jail.
Archie Beedoe, 21, of 3745 Crusade Drive, Winston Salem, has been charged with three
counts of felonious larceny of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor
possession of stolen property. Beedoe received a $25,000 secured bond and was placed in the
Davidson County Jail.
Joseph Keels, 22, of 208 Row Street, Winston Salem, has been charged with three counts of
felonious larceny of a motor vehicle, simple possession of marijuana, misdemeanor larceny, and
misdemeanor possession of stolen property. Keels received a $25,000 secured bond and was
placed in the Davidson County Jail.
Court date for all four is set for 01/06/2016 in Thomasville.
