7UTCshallnotberesponsibleforanydelayorinconvenienceduringthejourneyduetobreakdownofthevehicleorotherreasonsbeyondthecontrolofUTC.
8Thetripsaresubjecttocancellationorpostponementduetobreakdownofthevehicleofinsufficientpassengersforthetrip.Undersuchcircustances,
passengerswillbeintimatedthroughemail/phoneassoonaspossibleandtheticketamountwillberefunded.Nopassengerwillbetakenonthewayside.Route
diversionchargesifnecessarywillbecollectedbytheconductoratthetimeofjourney.Howeverincaseofbreakdownofthebusthefareforuncoveredportion

i.Before24Hrsofthescheduleddeparturetime75%amountwillberefunded.(excludingreservationcharges)
ii.From24Hrsupto2Hrsbeforethescheduleddeparturetime50%amountwillberefunded.(excludingreservationcharges).
