Property line is already identified because of the existing perimeter fence. (For confirmation by Red Planet)
Also, safety nets, overhead canopy and overhead protection along Aurora blvd and stanford ave. are necessary.
The site area has existing concrete pavement /S.O.G. and subject for demolition. For Staging Area is available within the lot.
There is existing Concrete fence at rear side 3.4 mts high will be retained.
