PREFACE
There has been continuous increase in the number of industries in India and
throughout the world. The performance of an industry depends on the efficiency of
manpower and machines. Both manpower and machines needs to be properly cared
and managed. Human bank is a vital source of success in the industry.
It is the responsibility of the employer to take care of the training and well being of
