ASSIGNMENT 1

Organizational Structure (Level 1)

All the department are working towards the Organizational goal. Even though the
nature of their work varies from department to department, a decision is made
after consulting other departments expertise. Any future decisions which might
affect the employees will be consulted by the HR department. Besides any
decisions which need extra recruitment and training of the existing employees
will be linked to the HR department.

Department Structure (Level 2)

Based on the HR Department structure above, the Director of HR is assisted by a


Secretary and few support staff. Below the Director, each sub-division is run
solely by a team and supported by few staff under them.
