1. Working Procedure
1.1.

Working preparation:
i.

Mobilization of working equipment

ii.

Apply a work permit before start working on site.

Make sure the tank already empty before cleaning start. if not, transfer out all the product
inside tank first.

1.3.

Open manhole of the tank

1.4.

Start ventilation by electric blower

1.5.

Check gas inside tank before confined space working. Make sure LEL = 0, Oxygen = 20,9%

1.6.

Start confined space work.


i.

Remove out the sludge If there is sludge inside tank. Collect the sludge in
the provided storage (confirmed by customer)

ii.

If necessary dilute the hard sludge with diesel oil

iii.

Clean the tank wall with chemical ICS 008

iv.

Flushing with high pressure water jet 250 bar, collect the waste in the
provided storage (confirmed by customer)

v.

Mob dry the tank wall surface

Tank ready for inspection
