Chance) is the NWC recommended form of building contract.

The FIDIC suite of contracts are as follows;


1. Red Book International Civil Engineering Conditions, 4 Edition 1987/1992 Building and Engineering works designed by the Employer (option to have
Contractor designed portion)

2. Yellow Book Plant and Design & Build 1999 - M&E, Building and Engineering
works designed by the Contractor

3. Silver Book Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) / Turnkey 1999 Design & execution of complete project (ready for operation)

4. Green Book Short Form 1999 - Building and Engineering small capital value
(simple/short duration)

5. Orange Book Design & Build and Turnkey 1995 (seldom used now)

6. White Book Client Consultant Model Services Agreement 2006
