Stretchy Chops

This is a really cool exercise. I am going to use the famous 1234

patter to create a powerful exercise that will help you with
coordination, control, endurance, muscle and stretch. If you

want it to work, practice slowly. Speed isnt important.

Right hand: You must alternate index and middle finger
throughout the whole exercise. The index finger is
indicated with the letter i and the middle finger with the
m. Keep the thumb close to the strings.
Left hand: If you want to get the most out of this exercise,
make sure you keep the fingers down as you play. When
you play with the second finger, keep the index on the fret.
When you play with the third finger, keep the index and
middle finger on the fret. When you play with the forth
finger, keep the first, second and third finger on the fret.
This is called stretching! Check the pic. Notice how I
keep the fingers down as I add the next finger.

Goals
Alternate i-m-i-m fingerstyle pattern.
Left hand stretch.
