This procedure is to plan and develop the needed process of product realization.
Scope
The related process of product realization and human resources to support the certain
product, project, or contract (e.g. service)
Responsibility

Management Representative is responsible for the quality plan arrangement

The work unit leader is responsible for the execution of product realization.
Quality System Activity
IV.1
Commercial section inform to Management Representative of the customer
requirement to arrange the quality plan.
IV.2
Management Representative is responsible for the Quality Plan
arrangement.
IV.3
Management Representative shares the quality plan to the Commercial
section as the tender document requirement.
IV.4
The Quality Plan can be reviewed if there is the change of product
realization plan.
IV.5
The Quality Assurance coordinates the conformity control of the Quality

Plan and the record.
