13. Port Charges or other incidental disbursement will be supported by proper documents.
Terms & Conditions
1. Complete document must be ready for Issagami Sdn Bhd. to collect 3 days before the ship
arrives or departs and any additional charges incurred due to the late receiving of the
documents are to be borne by the consignee.
2. Consignees are suggested to insure their cargo with All Risk Insurance. Issagami Sdn
Bhd will not be responsible for any delays, losses or damages incur during handling and
transportation.
3. All other extra costs incurred during the process of import and export which is not due to the
negligence of Issagami Sdn Bhd and/or its subcontractor are to be borne by the consignee.
4. Haulage services are governed by the Conditions of Carriage of Haulage Companies.
Issagami Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any cost incurred due to the delays or failure
by Haulage Companies.
5. Issagami Sdn Bhd will not pay any upfront on behalf of our clients unless prior arrangement
has been made or agreed by both parties in writing.
6. The above rates are subjected to change with or without prior notice.
