MBR20100CT

This document provides information on Schottky barrier rectifiers rated for 20 amps and 100 volts. Key features include low forward voltage, high current capacity, and operation up to 175°C. Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.85V at 10A and 25°C, and a reverse current of 0.01mA at rated voltage and 25°C. Graphs show forward and reverse characteristics, junction capacitance, and surge current ratings. The rectifiers use proprietary barrier technology for reliable high-temperature operation in applications like power supplies.
