OVERVIEW
Construction Limited is a general contractor. The Company is responsible for providing all of the
material, labor, equipment (engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the
construction of the project. The general contractor hires specialized subcontractors to perform
all or portions of the construction work. The owner, architect, and general contractor work
closely together to meet deadlines and budget and the general contractor works with
subcontractors to ensure quality standards.
Responsibilities range from applying for building permits, securing the property, providing
temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and
engineering, disposing of or recycling construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows,
and maintaining accurate records.

Construction Limited will create interest in their products and services in their target markets.
They will be letting people know about the services they offer, and persuading them to buy and
use them. They have created a plan to accomplish this and to let people know about their
products or services repeatedly. These are the tactics they will utilize to reach their audiences.
Referrals The Company will create a referral plan and promote it to relevant groups such as
designers, real estate agents and contractors and anyone else that is in a position to refer
customers (i.e. insurance industry, bankers, etc.).
Website Creation of a website and carry out search engine optimization (SEO) to increase the
ranking of the website. Use the website to showcase the companys work and promote the
business. Set up website so that customers can see the type and quality of work performed.
Brochure - Will create a professional brochure that will showcase the work that they do. This
brochure will be of high quality and very informative.

Signage - Signage will be on many different company properties such as job sites, equipment,
vehicles, etc. They will be deployed in strategic locations. The objective is that they are

and they help associate the work being done with the company.
