Content (suggested, groups can tailor and/or add if required)


a. Implementation Factor Assessment and Deduction Matrix (as per Figure 1) with no more than
10 factors (important with respect to your assessment;
b. Consolidated Gap, Solutions, and Dependencies Matrix (as per Figure 2) to include all of the
Roadmap Components from Assignment 2 with a quick attempt at some solutions and
dependencies to shuffle the components;
c. Create an Outline Plan (as per Figure 3) containing the goals (2), Objectives (1 per Capability
Dimension) and Activities for each objective (be creative and quick as I just want to see whether
you understand the concepts);
d. Create a high-level Implementation and Migration Plan (as per Figure 4) showing a Critical Path
and the Transition Architectures (as milestones) as well as how you are grouping the portfolios
and projects;
e. Create a Project Deliverable (Capability Increment) by Transition Architecture for three projects
only (as per Figure 5);
f. Create a - Risk Assessment and Mitigation Worksheet (as per Figure 6) and include five (5) risks;
g. Describe how you would create an Architecture Review Board (look at TOGAF 9.1 for detailed
guidance you can virtually copy).
I expect each team to divide up the work. Make sure that you are familiar with the work your colleagues
are completing as I will be asking questions on the final exam.
