According to a study of bar exam questions from 1985-2008: - 56.86% of remedial law questions asked about civil procedure, 20.66% about criminal procedure, and 15.38% about evidence. - The most frequently asked about topics in civil procedure were jurisdiction of courts (21 questions) and bail (14 questions). Other common topics included counterclaim, motion to quash, default, and mode of appeal. - In criminal procedure, common topics included preliminary investigation (7 questions) and rights of the accused (7 questions).
