To Mr. Race,

Good day!

I am writing to you for the purpose of a lease proposal to a portion of your land
located at the National Highway in Infanta, Quezon. If you can give us the opportunity to
serve the people of Infanta by selling an affordable and quality fuel for vehicles and other
uses. I am willing to:

1. Lease the said lot for P10,000 monthly with a lease contract of 20 years.
2. Pay two (2) months advance and two (2) months deposit upon construction of the
station. Monthly rental will start on the day of operation.
3. After five (5) years, 5% increase will apply on monthly rental payment and to
succeeding years.

Any suggestions from you regarding this proposal is highly appreciated. Thank You
