After getting ready, he leaves his hotel around 5:15 AM and arrives at the studio by 5:30 AM for his first coffee. Work begins around 5:45 AM and lasts until around 7-9 PM most days. On some days, Sam takes a 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon. He has a short 30 minute breakfast at the studio around 7:30 AM and lunch from 12-1 PM. Dinner is late, between 9:30-11:30 PM at the studio before returning to his hotel by 10:30-12 PM to sleep
