BUDGET WORK SESSIONS

MAYOR BUTLER, JR. AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS


HAVE SET A SERIES OF WORK SESSION MEETINGS

Several Work Sessions have been scheduled to discuss the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Proposed Budget as
follows:

April 25, 2017 6:30 p.m. Introduction of Proposed Budget


May 2, 2017 6:30 p.m. Health Insurance Fund, General Fund Revenues, Parks &
Recreation, Flower Memorial Library
May 4, 2017 6:30 p.m. Police Department, Fire Department, Code Enforcement
May 8, 2017 6:30 p.m. Planning/CDBG and Engineering (including related infrastructure
capital projects), Department of Public Works
May 9, 2017 6:30 p.m. Water Department, Sewer Fund, Hydro-electric Department
Plus: Western Boulevard Update
May 16, 2017 6:30 p.m. Discussion of any open items and final decisions on budget

All meetings will take place in City Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall. For further information
