Request for Proposals for the Purchase and Redevelopment of Mount McGregor Correctional Facility

Addendum #4

Release Date: April 20, 2017

1) A second site tour has been scheduled for ESDs Request for Proposals dated January 27, 2017
(RFP) for the Purchase and Redevelopment of Mount McGregor Correctional Facility. The site
tour will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2017.

Please RSVP by Monday, May 8 to MtMcGregorRFP@esd.ny.gov with the name, firm, title, and
contact information for all those who plan on participating in this site tour.

2) The proposal due date for the RFP has been extended from May 1, 2017 at 12:00 PM to May 31,
2017 at 12:00 PM.

Each of the foregoing is added to and made part of the RFEI. Any questions regarding this addendum
may be submitted to the designated contact account for this solicitation at
MtMcGregorRFP@esd.ny.gov. In order to receive an update when a new addendum is posted to the ESD
website, please email MtMcGregorRFP@esd.ny.gov. If you have already emailed this account, you will
be notified of future updates.
