MINIMUM GUARANTEE FINANCING


PROJECT: KING COBRA

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
BondIt was engaged by the producing team on the project to assist in financing
roughly 75% of the production funding for the prep, production and delivery of
the film.

BondIt worked with the producers to identify, negotiate and close the best
possible Minimum Guarantee Agreement before structuring a loan against said
MG.

DELIVERY DETAILS
BondIt cash flowed the production on a weekly basis (given that the production
did not have a completion bond) and worked to assure that the cash flow
schedule matched the production needs.

BondIt successfully closed the loan in time to coordinate with James Francos
(star of the film) schedule enabling a 2016 Tribeca Film Festival premiere.
