G.F.C (General Fan Company (Pvt.) Ltd. )
Markets of different countries help to access the different methods, measures and
various forms of technology which helps us to produce better products and increase
our productivity. By adopting that ways our processes will be more effective and
efficient. It will be cost effective and the company can earn high revenue.
This technology will lead the company to produce high quality fans that will satisfy
the customer needs.
Qualified Management will save interest of key stakeholders like internal and external
employees, shareholders, suppliers and other employees. With retaining the current
stakeholders, it will increase interest to others.
WO Strategies
International competition is the opportunity for the company which force to produce
something new to survive, growth or for maturity. So international competition lead to
generate new product development ideas.
ST Strategies
Perfect completion is exists in a market if there are large number of buyers and sellers
and there is no restriction on the entry or exit from the market. Perfect competition is
a threat for the company but it will cause to improve quality to stay in the market.
International competition is a threat for the company but on the other side it allows us
to create monopoly in USA market. As a result it also increases our revenue.
WT Strategies
Perfect competition provides effective strategic planning. Here perfect competition is
a threat for the company and by merging it with planning it will come our WT
strategy and give effective strategic planning. Bargaining power of customer is a
threat as customers have more choices, but it enables the organization to solve
different problems. We can realize any problem that is the reason for switching the
customer and then we can make efforts to solve them.

Weve developed two strategies that strategy will be more attractive whose total
attractive score will be greater than other. By determining different internal and external
factor and different matrices, our final result is that, second strategy, development of new
product has higher total attractive score than other strategy. This is the strategy that will help
us in achieving our objectives and goals.
